Study On The Living Demand Of The Two-child Family And Suggestions On The "Residential Refined Design"

Since January 1,2016,China began to fully implement the "Two-child Policy",which means that "One-child Policy" implemented for 35 years in China was officially declared to be ended,and "two-child era" has completely opened.Two-child family is not only the increasingly emerging family structure in China,but also the family structure which changes most in residential demand.The surge of two-child family leads to a positive and strong demand in family structure,humanization,high comfort as well as the overall performance improvement of the residence,but there are still many gaps in this field,badly in need of filling and following up the relevant strategy.Based on this context,the author chose to focus on the refined interior design research,made a research on the residential demand of the two-child family based on scientifically and objectively statistical analysis and conclusion,and put forward some recommendations for the refined interior design.In the process of writing this thesis,the author collected the relevant theoretical research materials of books,periodicals and networks from the books,periodicals and networks,understood the relevant policies and regulations,and made a collection and analysis of the residential design data and statistical data of the relevant state institutions.The questionnaire was completed by organization,analysis and summary.The author was trying to make a good job on the scientifically and objectively statistical analysis and conclusion in relation to the residential demand of the two-child family,implement a research on this and put forward some recommendations for the residential refined design of the two-child family,as well as solve some practical problems that two-child family faced under the condition of completing questionnaire,household research,in-depth interviews and other basic research work.There are four chapters in total in this thesis to make a study on the living demand of two-child family in the view of "Residential Refined Design".Chapter 1 is an overview of the research background and research methods,and defines the scope of the study.Chapter 2 is an overview of the research object.Chapter 3 is the study of the living demand of the two-child family.In Chapter 4,The author puts forward the key points and recommendations for the residential refined design of the two-child family.In Chapter 5,the author hopes to play an enlightening role for the residential refined design of the two-child family through the analysis of the classical household type.This study enriches the data research results on the living demand of the two-child family in China and the theoretical and academic research materials of the related residential design suggestions.It will provide the scientific and theoretical basis for the residential refined design of the numerous newborn two-child families in the future,and provide basic research materials for the residential transformation and design in the process of the shift from the one-child family to two-child family,which has a certain academic value.The real estate developers can understand the specific rigid demand of the two-child family through the data and conclusion of this study,and make the improvement on the development of the household type so as to build more and better cost-effective commercial residential buildings suitable for two-child families,bearing the prospective and practical significance.
