The rapid development of market economy leads to the mismatch of urban daily living space.The extensive application of information technology promotes the transformation of the mode of urban economic activities.Income increase and consumption upgrade urges the transformation of the life style of urban residents greatly.The daily life of urban residents is a carrier of their life behavior,which is undergoing profound changes and drastic construction.On the one hand,the cultural and social characteristics of human geography are obvious.The research method is developed from macro description to a combination of macroscopic and microscopic.The academic community has increasingly concerned about the residents' living space environment and quality of life.On the other hand,along with the continued urbanization,the contradictions of urban daily living space are becoming increasingly underline.The issue of supply and demand has become an important focus of urban life.To investigate,analyze,evaluate and optimize the supply and demand of urban residents' daily living space,this paper possesses important theoretical and practical significance.This paper analyzes urban residents' daily life behavior and living space in a case study of Xi' an.It is a study of coupling research of the supply and demand of xi 'an urban residents' daily living space,using various research methods,such as the combination of big data and questionnaire,new technology of geographic information system,traffic time circle,network survey platform,the combination of spatial analysis,quantitative analysis and statistic analysis.This thesis is composed of ten chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which summarizes the research background,significance,content,technical route and methods.The second chapter is about literature review and research framework.This chapter distinguishes some similar conceptions and reviews related researches both home and abroad from different research topics,and then summarizes and comments them.The research framework is also summed up in this chapter.Chapters 3 and 4 are about the building of data system of urban residents' daily living space.The basic characteristics of daily living space supply of xi' an residents are sorted out and the adequacy of the supply of living facilities is evaluated objectively.From Chapter 5 to chapter 7,based on the investigation of the residents' daily life both online and offline,we summarizes the change of residents' life behavior,and the satisfaction of the supply of residents' daily living space is evaluated subjectively.Chapter 8 is for the study of the coupling of objective evaluation and subjective evaluation mentioned above,and the livability of daily living space is evaluated.Chapter 9 analyzes the influential factors on the supply and demand of residents' daily living space.This chapter researches the mutual influence between the subsystems and the impacts of various elements of daily living space,then summarizes the mechanism of influencing factors,and puts forward the optimization strategies.Chapter 10 is the conclusion and prospect,which summarizes the above research,points out the possible innovations and shortcomings,and forecasts the future direction of study.According to the research mentioned above,this paper comes to the conclusion as follows:(1)Based on the time cycle assessment of walking,the supply of living facilities in Xi 'an is insufficient,while the evaluation of the living circle below the service radius is sufficient.Based on isotime circle of time on paths,evaluations are more technical and more accurate in reflecting the actual situation of the supply of living facilities.From the center to the fringe of the city,the supply of living facilities has gradually decreased.The supply adequacy degree of medical,sanitation and transportation facilities is ordinary,and the location difference is obvious.The living space supply of commercial and sports facilities is high and adequate.The living space supply of education,pension and leisure facilities is poor and inadequate.The supply of living facilities in traditional residential areas and traditional housing unit are better than that of urban village and commercial housing,and the supply of affordable housing is the lowest.(2)based on the online and offline survey,the housing space,public service facilities space and living facilities space demands and satisfaction of xi' an residents are not high,which is between the general and the satisfactory.In terms of living facilities space,residents' satisfaction is relatively high within the third ring road than that of outside the third ring road.Traditional residential area,traditional housing unit and commercial housing are close to satisfied,while the urban village is general,and the demand for affordable housing is not satisfied.Commercial,daily traffic space are close to satisfied,daily education,medical treatment,outdoor leisure space are satisfied but close to the general,recreation and sports,pension space are not satisfied.The path planning of residents' travel routes is intelligentized,the daily travel is public transit,slow,and the travel scope is expanded.The number of trips decreased,the night travel and the time of travel increased.(3)The overall coupling result of xi 'an urban living space is general adaptation and the city is comparatively livable,BI-.Among them,medical,commercial,transportation are evaluated as general happiness,livable,A-;Education,outdoor leisure are generally adaptation and comparatively livable,BI-;In the aspect of recreation and entertainment,it is dissonance,the livability is general satisfaction,BII+;for the aged,the result is deprivation,and inhospitable,C+.The inner region of the second ring is generally adaption,and livable A-.The traditional residential areas and traditional housing units are generally happy,and livable A-.The urban village and commercial housing are generally adaption,and comparatively livable,BI-.The affordable housing is dissonance,inhospitable,C+.(4)The supply and demand of urban daily living space is the product of the interweaving of many factors.The subsystem of daily living space interconnects with each other.The technical factor is the assistance,the governance factor is direct thrust,economic development is the fundamental guarantee,the human factor is the target and the subject,and urban quality is the space condition and the city characteristic.(5)We encourage the strengthening of the housing space function,advocate renting and purchasing simultaneously,and housing residence instead of vicious speculation;we suggest improving the standard for the allocation of service facilities in residential areas,and creating a higher quality of smart community.There is also a need to compensate for the weaknesses,dig a stock,optimize the quality and provide accurate urban living space facilities.The author also tries to establish the evaluation standard of the networked living facilities based on the time spent in visits.The main innovation points of this article are:(1)Using GIS and information technology,the data platform of Xi 'an residents' daily living space is built.According to the related standards of urban planning,the method of evaluating the accessibility of living space based on isotime circle of time on paths is explored.Based on more than 14 000 POI and AOI data,2567 Xi'an residential areas with different supplying types were evaluated.(2)The coupling evaluation matrix of spatial visual supply and demand of residents' living facilities is constructed.The spatial supply adequacy and demand satisfaction are coupled,and based on the coupling results,the livability evaluation index of Xi'an residents' daily living space is established.The index is divided into four categories and 12 gears.(3)From five aspects of technology,governance,economy,human and urban characteristics,this paper combs the influence on the supply and demand of Xi'an residents' daily living space,reveals the relationship between the daily living space subsystem and summarizes the effect mechanism of the influencing factors.
