In the open educational resources in full swing under the wave of development,micro-class was born accompanied by foreign Khan Academy,Flipped classroom and other new conception.In the micro-era,ulike the traditional online courses and excellent courses,the micro-class just meet peoples' attention mode and learning habits with its"clear goal,short and pithy,small capacity" and other characteristics,it not only can be used for the resources of mobile learning and U-Learning,but also provide support services for teachers to carry out innovative teaching model.However,the current wave of domestic micro-class construction is high,But there are many problems,such as focus on competition,but don't care application,focus on quantity,but don't care quality,focus on technology,but don't care design,fragmentation but not series.There are many studies on the design and development of micro-class,However,there is lack of theory and model research,And the existing development models are constructed from a microscopic point of view,The research is not systematic and deep enough,and there are some limitations in practice and lack of operation.In order to solve the existing problems of micro-class construction in the current and the shortcomings of the design and Development Research,This study starts from a macro point of view,Draw lessons from the guiding ideology of ADDIE model,According to the characteristics of micro-class and the requirements of design and development,based on Mastery Learning Theory,Situated Cognition Theory,Multimedia Learning Cognitive Theory and multimedia design principles,A scientific,systematic,efficient and feasible micro-class design and development model is constructed,It provides a systematic method for the design and development of micro-class.Then take "learning technology and application in the information age" as an example,A series of micro classes are designed and developed according to this mode,And applied it to the teaching practice,experimental research.Finally,the application effect of micro classes is analyzed by means of questionnaire.Through the study,we found that students are satisfied with the quality of the series of micro classes designed and developed by using this model,The micro classes developed by this model can greatly promote the students' understanding of knowledge,At the same time,it also improve the efficiency and quality of teachers' development of micro classes.The development of Micro class focuses not on quantity and technology,but on quality,Before the development of micro-class,the analysis of learning objectives,content analysis,learner characteristics analysis,teaching design and media design are the core to ensure the construction of high-quality micro-class.This study provides a scientific,systematic,efficient and feasible model for the design and development of micro-class,At the same time,it provides a set of teaching design,script design template and overall development process,It provides a scientific and standard method for the development of future micro-class.
