| The country attaches more and more attention to the development of information technology,emphasizing the need to promote the deep integration of educational informatization and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.Micro-class can better promote students’ personalization and meet the needs of selective learning.It is an important supplementary resource for classroom learning.In the era of rapid development of micro class,it is necessary for us to explore how to apply "micro class" to aerobics teaching to promote the improvement of aerobics teaching system and provide constructive suggestions for optimizing the informatization of aerobics.Based on this,this paper collects and integrates the relevant data of micro class through literature method,summarizes the theoretical and conceptual characteristics of aerobics teaching,ADDIE model and micro class application,and clarifies its relevant research status.The five stages of the ADDIE model are analyzed and elaborated,In the analysis stage,the basic situation and expert interview method of students,the status quo of aerobics teaching were investigated and analyzed;In the design stage,focus on micro-class design,aerobics teaching arrangement design and after-class exercises;In the development stage,we can develop the micro-course content in various ways,In the implementation stage,through the comparative analysis of the experimental method,To combine the micro-course teaching class developed based on the ADDIE model as the experimental group and the control group of the conventional teaching group;In the evaluation stage,the application effect of aerobics micro course teaching in universities is evaluated and analyzed from the perspective of student questionnaire,teacher interview and performance analysis.The following conclusions are mainly drawn:1.ADDIE teaching model is feasible in aerobics micro class in ordinary universities.To provide good guidance for the design of scientific aerobics micro class,so that the content of the micro class is more reasonable and rich.2.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in 50 meters,800 meters,standing long jump,sitting forward flexion and one minute,but the change range of various indicators in the experiment after the experimental group was slightly higher than that of the control group,indicating that it was beneficial to improve the students’ basic physical quality under the micro-class teaching of ADDIE model design.3.The micro course designed by A D D I E model has the characteristics of fragmentation and synthesis.Compared with the conventional teaching,the presentation method is more clear and vivid,and highlights the key and difficult knowledge points,which is conducive to students to better understand and master the knowledge,greatly improves students ’enthusiasm and love for aerobics learning,and enriches students’ emotional experience of aerobics.4.The experimental group and control group in the usual grades,theoretical performance,practice performance evaluation significant difference,prove that based on the ADDIE model design class,from before class,class,after class improve students’ initiative and practical ability,improve the quality of students to complete aerobics action,further improve the quality of aerobics teaching. |
