With the continuous progress of the time and the development of science and technology,education informatization has become an important teaching method in modern education,while traditional teaching method and teaching resources can not meet the needs of teachers and students.Under this background,new teaching method and new teaching resources have emerged successively.“Micro Class” is a teaching method of the new era,which has been accepted by educators and learners gradually because it is short and has strong pertinence.The rapid development of micro classes will certainly have influences on education reform.Therefore,as the rapid development of micro classes,it is necessary for us to explore on the issue to apply micro classes to school sports science to improve teachers' teaching quality and students' learning efficiency.The design of micro classes in school sports science is the main research object in this study.Firstly,literature review is used to collect and organize relevant data,and then the author illustrates the status of the study on micro classes at home and abroad.Afterwards,ADDIE model,the concept of micro classes,relevant studies on ADDIE model and micro classes as well as the theory of micro classes are analyzed,which verifies that the five stages of ADDIE model(Analysis,Design,Development,Implementation and Evaluation)are major basis for the design of micro classes.Secondly,students' questionnaire survey and teachers' interview are used to conduct survey and make analysis on the demands of micro classes,the sports science teaching and learning status in the school,and these have verified the needs of both teachers and students for the sports science teaching through micro classes.Then,it analyzes relevant theories and previous researches about the design and application of micro classes,and then makes a detailed illustration of the five stages of ADDIE model.Based on this model and the teaching material of school sports science,specific knowledge points for the micro-class design of sports in middle schools are confirmed,and then a specific design solution for sports teaching with micro classes is proposed,including the design of micro classes,the design of teaching process,micro class transcript,and design of after-class testing.Multiple media forms,such as PPT,animation and video are used for the development of micro classes,and one micro class case has been used to display and interpret this in detail.Lastly,the students who take sports science as a required course are taken as experimental objects,and educational experiment is used to implement the developed micro classes,including how to applymicro classes before the class,in the class and after the class specifically.In the end,three evaluation methods,students' questionnaire,teachers' interview and score analysis are used to evaluate the actual application effect of micro classes in the teaching of sports science,the research conclusion is made and then corresponding strategies and advices are proposed based on the conclusion.The research indicates the application of “Micro Class” based on ADDID model has become very popular among teachers and students in the teaching of school sports science,it can not only help the students to improve their learning interest and efficiency,but also cultivate students' independent learning ability and their ability in explorative study.To some extent,it can also be used to solve problems like insufficient teaching resource,the shortage of class time and the difficulty to master some important knowledge etc.
