Experimental teaching is an important part of biology teaching in senior middle schools,and it is the basic guarantee for cultivating students' practical ability,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry and innovative ability.Therefore,carrying out biological experiments is an important way to cultivate core literacy of students in biology.However,for a long time,the problem of the low quality of high school biology experiment teaching has plagued people.The long-term concept of examinations,uniform experimental teaching methods,and school hardware and software facilities have made high school biology experimental teaching superficial.Therefore,it is imminent to attach importance to high school biology experimental teaching and create conditions for conducting experimental teaching on the front line.This paper consists of 7 chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the reason,necessity,significance,status and research plan of related topics.The second chapter expounds related concepts and theoretical basis from the perspective of biological experiment teaching.Chapter 3 investigates the attitude and experimental teaching status of frontline biology teachers through a questionnaire,and analyzes the experimental teaching situation;Chapter 4 discusses the existing problems and problems of experimental teaching in three aspects The reason for this is then to propose corresponding improvement strategies.Chapter 5 carefully reads the experimental content of high school biology textbooks,analyzes the changes in the experimental content of the new textbooks and the implications for experimental teaching.Chapter 6 uses its own practical experience.Combined with the requirements of the new curriculum standards,from the perspective of demonstration experiments,confirmatory experiments,and exploratory experiments,"osmosis phenomenon","extraction and separation of pigments in green leaves",and "comparison of hydrogen peroxide in different conditions" were selected.Under the "decomposition" three experiments,the improvement cases of experimental teaching were designed respectively,and finally concluded:(1)"Infiltration phenomenon" improves the experimental device,solves the existing device problems of the experimental device,and conducts demonstration experiments in small groups to solve the problems of invisible students in the back row,allowing students to further understand the principle and conditions of infiltration,and the experimental teaching results are good..(2)Improve the “extraction and separation of pigments in green leaves” from the perspectives of experimental material processing,experimental operation,and experimental equipment,and embed an inquiry-based teaching method.Through questioning the textbook experiments,propose improvement strategies to allow students to form criticism,doubt,and innovation And the courageous spirit of scientific exploration.(3)The "comparative decomposition of hydrogen peroxide under different conditions" was changed from confirmatory experiments to exploratory experiments,and the qualitative description of textbooks was improved to quantitative measurements to make the experimental results more convincing."The conditions that affect enzyme activity" lay the foundation.This paper enriches the research content of high school biology experimental teaching,and has certain reference significance for the development of front-line experimental teaching and the development of experimental school-based curriculum.
