Colleges and universities sports education specialized is facing the future direction of primary and secondary school education of the students of the industry,as an important way to cultivate the students’,therefore,must carry on the professor’s curse content on the reserve and training of sports teachers of primary and secondary school is of special significance.Gymnastics specialized course as prescribed by the state colleges and universities sports education acquisition will open course for students,but also bears make every sports education professional students fully master relevant theoretical knowledge and actions of the gymnastics skills,and apply to future teaching an important mission.but the contents of the current gymnastics teaching still has competitive action skills,open in the middle and primary schools of gymnastics teaching content does not meet the actual demand,can’t keep up with the current rapid development of social rhythm,therefore,in order to produce more adapted to the current demand of outstanding talents of physical education,especially to the current gymnastics teaching content optimization research.This paper select eight with the sports education professional colleges and universities in Gansu province run by the gymnastics teaching content as the research object,using the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,logic analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the optimization of the gymnastics teaching content on the profound investigation and study,sums up the following views:1 At the situation of current elementary and middle schools in our province gymnastics course is not optimistic,partial of traditional mainly instrument gymnastics in colleges and universities athletics gymnastics teaching content in primary and secondary school by the “cold”,we should according to the times development,bold innovation and reform,efforts to optimize the content of practical exercise,make our province sports education professional gymnastics teaching into the track of healthy development.2 College and universities in our province in making the gymnastics teachingcontent,files and college teacher’s research mainly follows the country issued by the custom of the teaching material,not enough attention to students’ actual situation and the primary and secondary schools teaching demand,lead to learned information pertinence and practicability is not strong,gymnastics content is not granted by college and universities teaching emphasis and primary and secondary school.3 Our province sports education professional gymnastics curriculum training goal and curriculum with larger differences of primary and secondary school,especially in the respect the student main body,content has bigger gap adaptability.in addition,in the development of gymnastics curriculum should be paying attention on the development of the elective courses,the sports education in colleges and universities in our province gymnastics teaching has certain inspiration.4 Our province sports education professional practice teaching project mostly to the athletics gymnastics movement,in difficult to the conducted in the gymnastics teaching of primary and secondary school.Practice class teaching content mainly utility class gymnastics teaching,the horizontal bar and parallel bars are two content should be chosen according to their own conditions.5 In accordance with the existing equipment facilities,primary and middle school students’ physical quality and the school gymnastics teaching content to qualitative optimization,focus on utility class gymnastics,cultivate students’ sensitivity,coordination,strong will quality and ego to protect consciousness.
