With the push of the "national examination" of teacher qualification certificate,the professional standard of physical education teacher has been given birth,which has aroused the attention of talent training decision-makers,but it has not really deepened into the research and reform of specific curriculum,curriculum is the basic basis of education and teaching,is the basic guarantee to achieve the goal of school education,and curriculum reform is the key to the reform of physical education.Under the background of social development needs,curriculum reform should be guided by the goal of curriculum development,teachers' professional standards and social needs,adhere to reform and innovation,and enhance the era and time-keeping of curriculum reform.Gymnastics course is the main course of physical education in our country's colleges and universities,which plays an important role in cultivating our country's high-quality sports talent system.This study takes the general course of gymnastics in physical education of Tianjin Sports College as the research object,uses the method of literature,expert interview method,questionnaire method and soon,investigates the teachers of gymnastics teaching and research room,primary and secondary school physical education teachers,and compares and analyzes the contents of physical education courses in primary and secondary schools in Tianjin and physical education majors in Tianjin Sports College,combining the actual needs of the new era society and the actual needs of primary and secondary school teaching,and draws the following main conclusions:1.The professional standards of American physical education teachers are characterized by the emphasis on practical experience and the investigation of non-intellectual factors,the value of "people-oriented",and the emphasis on disciplinary characteristics and regional characteristics.The professional standards of Japanese physical education teachers highlight the characteristics of teachers' professionalism,clear classification of types,precise formulation of teaching subjects,emphasis on ability cultivation,and emphasis on the irreplaceable of teachers.At present,there is no national unified professional standard for PE teachers in China.2.Physical education teachers professional standards have a guiding role in the training of physical education teachers,is an important basis for the development of physical education professional training objectives and curriculum system,and the reform of curriculum content should be more oriented to the actual needs of the society,so the optimization of gymnastics curriculum content is imminent.3.The potential risks of venue equipment and gymnastic items,as well as the influence of inadequate teachers' ability,limit the teaching and education of gymnastics for PE teachers in primary and middle schools.4.The gymnastics content in the physical education classes of primary and secondary schools in Tianjin is mainly basic gymnastics,and all schools require teachers to have the ability of innovating classroom design,optimizing organization and management,perfecting explanation and demonstration,protecting and helping,innovating arrangement and so on.5.The gymnastics curriculum reform in Tianjin institute of physical education has been carried out in recent two years,and great changes have taken place in the content and teaching form,but the structure of gymnastics with apparatus as the main body has not been broken,and the combination of gymnastics content with the curriculum standard of "physical education and health in primary and middle schools" is not comprehensive enough.6.The optimization of gymnastics course content in Tianjin Institute of Physical Education includes the following four aspects:(1)Training objective optimization,the old gymnastics training objectives of the syllabus is divided into theory,technical knowledge,teaching methods and will quality three aspects,the optimized gymnastics curriculum combining with the sports teachers' professional standard training objectives can be divided into the discipline knowledge,motor skills,physical fitness,teaching plan,teaching implementation,social adaptation,and will quality seven levels.(2)Optimization of teaching content,innovation of classroom teaching mode after optimization of teaching content,emphasis on special physical fitness classification exercises,highlight the teaching material and teaching method curriculum design,increase the content of gymnastics games,emphasis on gymnastics moral education.(3)Assessment and evaluation optimization,according to the physical education teachers professional standards and the specific content of the optimized training objectives to develop a special assessment and evaluation form,the assessment content is comprehensive,the focus is prominent,can clearly reflect the realization of the training objectives.(4)Practice optimization,combined with training objectives,teaching content,assessment and evaluation,innovative practice content,focus,comprehensive assessment.
