Gansu Normal University track and field teachers is to train the future of the main force of physical education teachers,responsible for training the next generation of major responsibilities.On the basis of previous studies,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the track and field teachers 'innovative ability in the normal colleges and universities of Gansu Province,and puts forward some suggestions on how to cultivate the track and field teachers' innovation ability in normal universities and puts forward the suggestions of rationalization.In this study,the use of literature,questionnaire survey,expert interviews,mathematical analysis and logic analysis.Through the study,the following conclusions:1.The track and field teachers in Gansu Normal University are mainly middle-aged teachers,but the highlight is that the track and field teachers of the teachers colleges in Gansu Province are aging.The academic qualifications are mainly postgraduates,and the teachers' Requirements,associate professors account for the largest proportion.2.The innovation consciousness of track and field teachers in Gansu Normal University is very strong,and most of them can realize the importance of innovation to track and field teaching reform and improve the quality of track and field teaching.The purpose of innovation is clear,the inner motivation of innovation is to improve teaching effect,Colleagues and the recognition of other teachers;innovative external power are: the development requirements of students,improve their teaching quality and school requirements.3.The teachers and students of Gansu Normal University have a better understanding of the innovative thinking methods,but lack a comprehensive understanding of the innovative thinking methods.4.The teaching and learning ability of the track and field teachers in the teachers colleges and universities in Gansu Province is weak.In the actual teaching,the track and field teachers still follow the traditional teaching methods,teaching modes and evaluation methods.In the track and field training,teachers show that innovation is not strong,conventional training methods are more,and diversity,less novelty.5.Gansu Normal University track and field teachers lack of knowledge of scientific research and innovation ability,published a small number of papers and no quality,the use of research methods conventional,single and limited.6.The main factors influencing the innovation ability of track and field teachers in teachers colleges and universities in Gansu province are teachers 'ideas,teachers' sense of innovation,teachers 'teaching environment and teachers' own knowledge.
