| This article is mainly on the background of practices of reception work of the five-year higher vocational college freshmen and on the starting point of some shortage of reception in order to better complete the reception work and improve the quality of reception as the breakthrough point.It combines with the method of project management via an integrated use of document investigation,observation,interview method from the reception practices of the five-year freshmen in Yunnan Engineering Vocational College,which aims at demonstrating the project organization,resource optimization and the realization of quality goal.The freshmen’s reception work is based on the project,breaking through the reception work of conventional thinking by means of department division,thinking about the working organization and the quality problem of the reception work,which is corresponding with the educational requirements of private higher vocational college.The freshmen’s reception is in view of the project and quality goal-oriented to complete,integrating the resources of school reception,putting forward some suggestions for continuous improvement of reception project quality in five-year higher vocational college freshmen.By simplifying the reception work of the five-year program,improving the efficiency of the reception and effectively guaranteeing the quality of the reception via the beforehand controls,in-process controls,afterwards controls.Entrance education combines with the parents’ education module,breaking the past form of entrance education only to students,ensuring the unity of thoughts between the parents and the school education,which will lay a good foundation for the students’ better development.In the article,the first chapter discusses the selected topic background and literature review,the second chapter discusses the present situation and reasons of the freshmen’s reception work organization and the quality of the private five-year higher vocational college,the third chapter discusses the freshmen entrance reception organization and quality control in Yunnan Engineering Vocational College,the fourth chapter discusses the advantages and thinking of the five-year freshmen’s reception of the project in higher vocational colleges,the fifth chapter relates the conclusion of the article and the future prospects of reception work about the five-year freshmen in private higher vocational college. |
