With the rapid economic development,for the sake of helping the workers change theiremployment ideas,encourage multi-channel form obtain employment,promoting entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities." With China's further education universal,university graduates become more and more,relatively fewer jobs,the employment problem becomes increasingly visible.College students,as a mainstay of China's economic development procedure that carries on the important task of national construction.Thus a better configuration resources used in the construction of the national university students is very important.Solve the employment is not only depend on choosing a career and business.At the same time,the state formulates preferential college students undertaking a series of public policy,to help students to raise funds in the process of college students' entrepreneurship,provide preferential,establish a platform,and associated with the practice of the college students in the process of policy implementation,better implement their career.College students entrepreneurship policy plays a key role.In order to understand the present college students' cognition of entrepreneurship policy,this paper isto show the college students with a better understanding of the national entrepreneurship policy,can apply entrepreneurship preferential own startup,can for your business and fire,make career road more smoothly.Promote college students' entrepreneurship is not only to understand the college students' cognition to entrepreneurship,more important is to understand college students are more entrepreneurial interest in what fields,which university students undertaking a series of problems,such as love,to promote entrepreneurial activity.Which can be correctly guide for students with willing to entrepreneurship,and provide business incentives and shortcut to this part of the students.Relate to the slow development of Yunnan province,,we should make better development in Yunnan province,provide entrepreneurial talent is crucial.The future development of Yunnan,requires schools to family joint training of the students'entrepreneurial intention,to promote college students to better understand the business and the success of entrepreneurial policy.At present,the college students'lack of understanding of entrepreneurship in Yunnan province,which requires us to further strengthen entrepreneurship education and training.School plays a main role in propaganda national entrepreneurship policy,at the same time,both social and family make sure that college students better absorbthe policy,thus promote entrepreneurship for college students and contribute to the development of Yunnan.This study first to entrepreneurial cognition,entrepreneurial intention of defining the connotation and research status at home and abroad,and summarized,to explore the cognitive effect on entrepreneurial intention entrepreneurship policy,the questionnaireadoptedthe depth interview method.Collect and analyze research data,the data collected from November 2016 to March 2017 survey of college students in Yunnan university,accumulates the data mainly distribute paper questionnaire and questionnaire survey two star line.And using the software of processing data to illustrate and analyze the Yunnan university students' cognitive and intention.Secondly,the data analysis of the empirical research,it is concluded that Yunnan university students in entrepreneurship intend to gender,students such as individual differences.Through correlation analysis,it is concluded that entrepreneurship policy presents positive correlation between cognitive and entrepreneurial intention,good cognitive entrepreneurship policy will promote entrepreneurship will improve.Description analysis,confirmed that the Yunnan university students in entrepreneurship policy cognitive problems such as unclear.Finally,put forward the corresponding policies and Suggestions on the condition of the existing problems and the insufficiencyfrom the school level,students' level and social level three aspects.Hope to promote the development of Yunnan university entrepreneurship policy of training education.
