With the continuous development of social progress,the pace of the human into the information age faster and faster.As the basis of the information society,computer technology plays an important role.The algorithm,as the important foundation of computer science and an important part of mathematics and its application,play a more and more important role in our social development and science and technology.Algorithm thought,as one of the important characteristics in ancient chinese mathematics,is constant In the process of mathematical development in our country.algorithm culture is also an important page in mathematical culture and our precious wealth.With the continuous development of science and technology,the algorithm is back into our field.The Ordinary High School Mathematics Curriculum Standard(Experiment)promulgated in 2003 made the algorithm into high school mathematics curriculum for the first time.But in the teaching process,many teachers are not familiar with the contents of the algorithm,or the recognition of the algorithm is not place,which leading to the teaching of the algorithm is only completed the teaching task,but the purpose of the algorithm thought infiltration or student's interest has not been achieved,and there is no experience in the teaching of the algorithm for reference.Therefore,the teaching for the algorithm has some difficulty and challenge.The article starts from the background of the algorithm,Analysis of the research status on algorithms at home and abroad.algorithm research in foreign countries started earlier,research was more perfect.When the algorithm appeared in the college entrance examination papers,it attracted scholar's attention.This article sets up a questionnaire survey on the teaching situation of the algorithm,The questionnaire survey is conducts on high school mathematics teachers,high school students and college students,questionnaire survey find that most students have a strong interest in the algorithm,but some teachers affected by the college entrance examination questions,or the inherent concept,or school facilities,which leading to the degree completion of the algorithm teaching is not very high.The article attempts to study the status of algorithm at home and abroad,the educational value,as well as teaching present situation research,analysis of the college entrance examination algorithm in recent years,predict the future proposition trends,and then provide some suggestions for the algorithm teaching to improve the teaching of algorithm preliminary under the new curriculum standard.
