Since the new curriculum reform was carried out, there are more and more the research results about algorithm theory. In many research results, the most tend to study the implications,education value,thought training and simple teaching of algorithm. But the papers that combine algorithm teaching with mathematical thought and specifically discuss design and analysis of algorithm teaching cases are not too many. In terms of research content, Now the researchs of algorithm teaching mostly focus on the teaching strategies and thinking, while the reseachs from the perspective of teaching design and analysis are not a lot. At present, there exist phenomenon "wearing new shoes to walk old paths" in No.1 middle school of Zhouqu. Teaching only stays in the algorithm programs, and refining analysis of algorithm cases analysis is not enough. What’s more, the carrier function of algorithm theaching in raising the quality of the students’ thinking is not developed.The design of algorithm cases is used to improve high school preliminary teaching effect, strengthen the consciousness of students in applied mathematics knowledge and enhance students’ interest in learning. This research adopts literature analysis, case analysis, interview investigation analysis and observation analysis.It understand the teachers and students on the algorithm of preliminary process of teaching,and the feedback of teaching and learning, teaching emphasis and difficulty in the main reason for the existing problems, the following research results are gained:Teacher:1. many teachers do not know what will be taught to student about algorithm and how to teach specific issues.2. the teachers’ algorithm evaluation are fuzzy, and their teaching targets are not exact.3. teacher’s understanding of algorithm is not enough, algorithm case of mathematical thinking teaching is not typical,and application of computer in algorithm teaching in steam is lacked.Students:1. the ability of computer application technology to solve mathematical problem consciousness is not strong; 2. The teaching case of algorithm is unattractive; 3. It is not not ideal for students to master the knowledge that has been taught about algorithms, and they there is confused for programming language, fuzzy algorithm structure, and so on.According to the results, the algorithm teaching design Suggestions are presented as follows:1. In terms of choice of teaching contents, we should pay attention to base, nationality and time principles. Besides, we need notice the current teaching materials, find out "art" of ancient Chinese mathematics from book exercises, and choose the teaching content combining computing example with algorithm preliminary.2. On the teaching design, select the typical based algorithm that reflects operational implementation side based on the original curriculum, show the essence of algorithm with a variety of forms, display the cultural intension of the algorithm through the ages, and make students experience the computer solving math problems.3. On the teaching methods, stick to algorithm teaching of teaching guidance, teaching mathematical thinking guidance, and diversified teaching guidance.
