With the rapid development of the society, the progress of the times, the renovation of knowledge, computer technology has been widely used in every aspect of our lives. Algorithm-the ancient concept, has become an important part of computer science. The idea of Algorithm has already become a mathematical quality for modern citizens. Our country's ancient mathematics manifected the outstanding mathematics thoughts of algorithm, which promoted the world history of mathematics development. "The algorithm" lays emphasis on the analysis of mathematics principles, mathematical thinking methods, stresses the mathematics foundation of algorithm design and emphasizes the transforms of mathematics thinking method as the computer algorithm. In most developed countries of the world, algorithm teaching has been the essential content of primary and secondary education. In 2003,《The Mathematics Curriculum Standard of High School(Trial version)》began to be carried on in our country, the new curriculum standard require the students in the compulsory education stage preliminary will learn the foundation of algorithm thoughts. Based on it, the concrete example of mathematics will be analyzed. The students will experience the application of flow chart in solving the question; Through imitation, operation, . exploration, they realize the basic philosophy of the algorithm as well as the importance and the validity of the algorithm and develop the ability of the orderliness and expression as well as the logical thinking. With the algorithm as a specific content into the high school mathematics textbooks, so algorithm teaching of high school has been a central issue of mathematics education in our country.With the continuous of the new curriculum, the problem of algorithm teaching has been drawing people's attention. Because Algorithm is a new knowledge point to high school teachers of mathematics, and there is no experience we can learn, so we meet challenges in all aspects in teachers' teaching and students' learn. Before writing the paper we have learned after investigation: on the one hand there are difference of knowledge while urban and rural students studying in algorithm, as teachers resources, environmental resources and their knowledge of reserves and other factors, urban students knowledge in the learning algorithm is better than rural students; on the other hand, in reading literature about algorithm found that the majority of experts are to the city's teachers or students of knowledge in algorithm teaching or learning problems as the research object, about rural teachers or students in this area's problem of literature and research are rare. So the paper based on the research about the algorithm learning of rural students in teaching design, aiming at the rural students on hardware facilities, teachers and resources inadequate conditions, combine theory with practice, do some preliminary discussion to the practical problems of algorithm teaching, come into being some of the theories about the algorithms teaching and curriculum. We also hope they can help the improvement of algorithms teaching and learning, and the teachers teaching on the area of the reform of algorithm teaching and learning.This study consists of four parts.The first section is the first chapter, which proposed the research questions, introduces the background of research, the theoretical values and practical significance. The second section are the second and the third chapter, the theoretical synthesis and study design, which introduces the algorithm content, the research status of domestic and foreign and educational value of the algorithm, also present theoretical basis and algorithm design. The third section is the forth chapter, after the survey completed the basic algorithm structure of the instructional design. The forth section is the fifth chapter, this is the conclusion of this study, which is about the opinions and suggestions about algorithm teaching and teaching design.
