With the continuous development of the socialist market economy,the contradictions and disputes between enterprises and employees are increasing.Harmonious labor relations is related to the development of the enterprises,the growth of employees and the progress of the whole social economy,therefore,it is one of the prerequisites for the enterprises and the employees to rely on each other,and realize mutual survival and development in the environment of market economy.As one of the foundations of building a harmonious society,harmonious labor relations have been paid much attention to by government departments,enterprises and employees.Shanghai Shenyuan Printing Co.,Ltd.(abbreviated as SHENYUAN)is a private enterprise striped from state-owned enterprise,whose management model is largely inherited from the traditional model of state-owned enterprise.With the continuous development of the market economy environment as well as the company's business growth,the original management model has been difficult to adapt to the new situation.Although in recent years,the management board of the company has made some adjustments and improvements in the management of labor relations,and gained some experience and enlightenment in practice,still,there are many problems.This paper takes SHENYUAN as the research object,following the logic thinking of putting forward the problem,analyzing and solving problems adopting methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,depth interviews,in-depth study of the internal investigation.After deep study of SHENYUAN labor relations,were summarized problems in five aspects in the salary,welfare,trade union congress operation,staff mobility,labor disputes prevention and resolution.To solve these problems,this paper introduces the labor relationship management theories,such as the interests of the psychological contract theory,stakeholder theory and socialist harmonious labor relations theory to analyze the causes of these problems from three aspects such as external macro factors,human factors,enterprise management mechanism,and puts forward six optimization strategies,e.g.to manage the enterprise in accordance with laws and regulations,to optimize the compensation and performance appraisal system,to improve the welfare of employees,to raise the function of unions and workers' Congress,to maintain the grass-roots staff interests,and to create a positive enterprise culture.Finally the enterprise can realize the business objectives by improving the management,establishing a harmonious labor relation,enhancing the operational efficiency of the enterprise.Through summing up the problems faced by the company,we also hope to bring inspirations and help to other enterprises.
