With the continuous development of China's economy and society,the physical condition of the elderly has been continuously improved,and the aging population has continued to intensify.Reemployment after retirement is widespread in the field of labor and employment,and is booming at the labor and employment market.However,the current relationship management mainly deal with standard labor relations,while the current labor relations are diversified,employment forms are flexible,and interest claims are differentiated.Traditional labor relationship management faces more and more difficulties and blind spots in practice.In particular,how to define the legal relationship of reemployment after retirement,and how to realize the protection of rights and interests?
