With the trend of economic globalization and changes in China's macroeconomic situation,it becomes more difficult for students trained in the traditional pattern of college education to meet the demand for talent personnel of the society under rapid economic development.What's more,the increasingly fierce employment competition pressure and the keen need of innovative talents with comprehensive ability both urgently demand a reform of college and university education model.In order to effectively improve the overall quality of college students,especially the labor quality,the government has introduced relevant policies in progress and has carried out corresponding policies and methods for students.This thesis first uses a literature collection method to comb all sorts of current domestic and foreign literature on labor,labor education,and labor management,and then determines the goal of the research,and conducts questionnaires and interviews on Guangxi University students to investigate the labor quality and the labor courses of Guangxi University.Finally,the author makes a review of the basic labor situation of Taiwan's Tunghai University and an interview with the school's students.Through investigation and research results,it is found that Guangxi University students achieve better labor quality in contrast.However,there are also many problems in the education and management of labor courses.For example,the contents and the forms of labor education are simple and homogeneous,and the management of labor education is too loose and irregular.And serious problems suck as the sub-standard quality of teachers,flaw assessments,and security matters exist for a long time.Taiwan's Tunghai University has put basic manual labor into practice for many years and has completed management systems and management methods to some extent.However,there are many problems such as excessively heavy and time-consuming labor tasks,unfair labor workload assignment,and uncharitable criteria.Based on these facts and problems described above,considering the student-centered principle,the author advocates that the school are supposed to play a leading role to improve the content and management of the labor education.At the same time,the family and the society should also shoulder the responsibility,and work together to improve the labor ability of the university and college students.
