The Research On The Reform Of University Student' Dormitory Management In The Perspective Of The Innovation And Entrepreneurship

Under the new society situation,technology and talents become crucial to the state comprehensive competitive power.In a word,the key is the competition for talents.While the "entrepreneurship education" turns into the third educational pass only next to professional education and vocational education,occupying an increasingly important place in the international community.The national strategy deployment raises a brand new idea of all-pervading entrepreneurship and universal innovation.We must promote the higher education reform continuously after ensuring the guarantee of national policies,learn educational patterns of innovation and entrepreneurship from western developed countries,train the talents of innovation and entrepreneurship,promote the economic development of the country,and eventually achieve the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.University students' dormitories are the major place where students study and live during academic years,while the orientation of college students' dormitories in the traditional personnel training mode is so monotonous that they only have rest and sleep functions.With the implementation of socialization reformation and credit system in college logistics,the traditional dormitory management mode has presented multiple problems in the management process as the function and power of administrative department is not clear with the management focused on property and the administrative system is strict regardless of ineffective management.In the case of inefficient management and dissatisfaction of students,the education function has not been carried out and embodied.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is both an educational concept and pattern.The objective of Innovation and entrepreneurship education develop innovation and entrepreneurship talents.Except for the traditional classroom teaching,extracurricular education also needs to be paid attention to for the cultivation for such talents.Universities should provide system guarantees and establish innovation and entrepreneurship platforms to create a cultural atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship and establish the environment for innovation and entrepreneurship.By introducing the cooperation between universities and enterprises,an overall comprehensive environment of cultivation is thus formed.College students' dormitories are the places that students have the most access to when they are in the universities.The dormitories are almost the entire environment of students' extracurricular life.College students' dormitories become a key link and implementation platform against the background of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Based on the analysis on the existing problems in the administration of college students' dormitories under the background of traditional talent cultivation,this paper explores possible approaches to excavate talents of innovation and entrepreneurship potentials in time and space under the background of cultivating the College students' dormitories.By implementing the community management theory,the paper explores the managerial revolution of college students' dormitories to establish diversified,integrated and informationized students living communities through the cooperation between universities and enterprises,and form an overall environment to cultivate the college students' dormitories.
