| Currently,China is in a period of rapid transformation,and the value of contemporary people are increasingly diversified.Master students of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)as high-quality talents,it is of extraordinary significance to traditional Chinese medicine.However,master students of TCM not only needs to master abstract and complex professional theoretical knowledge,but also must have clinical practice skills.Therefore,their psychological stress is greater than other majors,and they need more attention from all sides.Furthermore,on the basis of the existing research,this study has carried on the in-depth analysis of the psychological stress to the Master students of TCM,through the group social work method of social work to organize the intervention activities of the Master students of TCM,and give full play to the professional value of the group social work.Based on ecosystem theory and cognitive behavioral theory,this study took the master students of TCM as the research object,and collected the current researches and intervention methods related to the psychology of the master students of TCM.A questionnaire survey was conducted among master students of TCM in a certain university Through the analysis of the questionnaire results,it is found that the master students of TCM in the university generally express psychological stress,mainly from the academic performance and employment,and their psychological stress is affected by family,school,society in multifaceted influence.Through the analysis of the situation,it provides advantage conditions for the design of programme of activities.Through the recruitment activities,the author used the perceived stress scale and the simplified coping scale questionnaire to score the students who volunteered to participate in the master students of TCM.The students with relatively high scores were divided between two groups: the intervention group and the control group.The intervention group was given 5topics of group activities for three months.After the group activities,the analysis of the collected before and after data showed that there was no significant difference in the psychological stress and coping style of the members of the control group,but the before and after data of the intervention group were different.The group eventually achieved the goal of relieving their psychological stress,improving their self-management skills and ability to cope with stress.In the end,this study summarizes and reflects on the group intervention in the psychological stress to master students of TCM,and also propose corresponding recommendations which can help to improve the overall mental health level of master students. |
