It also understands the development status of Beijing social sports instructors.The results show that the number of social sports instructors in Beijing has been completed, but the level of imbalance, the high proportion of the proportion of too little; age structure was aging; male and female imbalance, the proportion of women is much larger than the proportion of men The overall level of education is not high, with a secondary degree of education; professional distribution is not uniform, part-time form to carry out the majority of the guidance work,only a very small number of full-time sports workers; overall guidance is not high; guide places mainly concentrated in the park square, Residential area and sports venues; guide the project to Tai Chi, sword, fitness-based.There are many factors that affect the guidance of the social sports instructors in Beijing. The main factors are: the lack of effective organization and management of the competent departments, the lack of recognition of the organization and management work of the sports supervisors, and the large number of undocumented guidance in the grassroots , The holder does not participate in the guidance of the phenomenon; their own lack of professional knowledge;site equipment is simple; training courses set too much emphasis on theoretical knowledge: practical ability training is not enough, and training time is too short.According to the present situation of the social sports instructors in Beijing and the existing problems in the development, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures through systematic analysis: strengthening the government's macro management function, clarifying the responsibilities of the administrative organs at all levels; formulating the principle of scientific selection; promoting the sports colleges and universities to train the social sports instructors; Improve the social sports instructor training model; refine the classification of social sports instructors; the establishment of social sports instructors incentive mechanism; increase publicity efforts.The research work of this paper can provide a scientific theoretical basis for the construction and development of social sports instructors in Beijing to promote the social sports instructors to become an important human resource for sports fitness service in Beijing, so as to further promote the healthy and orderly development of social sports in Beijing .
