Research On The Transition Of The Famers' Way Of Existence In Wuling Mountain Ethnic Minority Areas Under The Backgronud Of New Urbanization

Unlike traditional urbanization,new types of urbanization,coordinating people development and social and economic development in urban areas,are people oriented and provide great historical opportunities for people's comprehensive development.The flow of 200 million people during the past 20 years accelerated the process of urbanization,which prepared for the reconstruction of farmer existing forms:people moving from rural areas to towns and cities with their making-a-living ways changed,living standard improved and social interaction expanded.Strategically,the purpose of intensively enforced new urbanization is to break the urban-rural dual structure that has been retained for thousands of years,reconstruct farmer existing forms and create new cultural formats.This,in fact,is expected to the epoch-making significance and the worldly historical importance of new types of urbanization.As remote mountainous areas and contiguous poor areas,ethnic minority regions in old revolutionary base areas,under the Five-Development guidelines,should fasten their pace of new types of urbanization to share the fruit of social and economical reforms and realize people oriented developments.For instance,Wuling Ethnic Minority Areas,since classified as key-supported cooperation regions,have been pushing new types of urbanization by improving the living environment,the industrial development,the social security system,and the educational quality.This essay,referring to home and abroad theories of new types of urbanization(especially those relating to Ethnic Minority Areas),analyzes the influence of new urbanization on farmer existing forms and further proposes how to forward new types of urbanization and reconstruct human existence.That is,new types of urbanization should emphasize human integrity and comprehensiveness,establishing the new existing forms to facilitate the all-round development of human subjective values,the cultivation of rational consumption and the civilization of human life.The essay discusses the practical value of Karl Max's basic theories for new types of urbanization in ethnic minority areas,with Karl Max's theory of historical materialism being the guideline.Based on the present conditions in Wuling Ethnic Minority Areas,the essay also provides a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the features of changing patterns regarding farmers' ways of existence identifies the main problems and propounds,some feasible proposals for pushing new types of urbanization in Wuling Ethnic Minority Areas.Covering the above-mentioned contents,the essay consists of four parts.The first part is the introduction,presenting the background of the research,the significance of the topic selected,the definitions of main concepts and the explanation of research scope.The second part further discourses on the main features of farmers' ways of existence in the areas,based on the general introduction of Karl Max' theory of human existence.The third part expounds how farmers behave in their work,their social interaction and their daily life,giving a comprehensive narration of every aspect regarding the changes in ways of existence and the culture in the areas.The last part proposes some solutions concerning how to establish the new ways of existence of farmers in the areas.
