A Study On Community Education In The United County Of Daerhan And Maomingan Under The Background Of Urbanization

With the advancement of urbanization,China has stepped into a new way of urbanization which is different from the western developed countries and regions and the traditional ones.The "National New Urbanization Plan(2014-2020)" has proposed: We should promote the canonization of agricultural population,optimize urban layout and shape,improve the ability of city sustainable development,promote the integration of urban and rural areas,complete the reformation of institutional mechanisms to improve the urban development.The continuous development of urbanization has accelerated the pace of the integration of urban and rural areas,generated a large number of language and cultural conflicts and created a lot of jobs as well.But for the rural population,they lack of expertise and school education without enough conditions.Agriculture(livestock)people is hard to familiar with city life for a short time.They need a platform of various types of health guidance,social security and security education.Community is a very wide range of educational platform where everyone who comes to the city will eventually settle down in the community in some way.However,the speed of development of community education is far behind urbanization.Although infrastructure has the basic scale,there is no way to satisfy a large amount of education demand generated by urbanization,such as management,teachers,personnel etc.United county of Daerhan and maomingan(hereinafter referred to Damaoqi)is located in north of Baotou,the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the government of which seated the Bailingmiao Town,which belongs to ethnic minority areas with the typical characteristics of Mongolian and Han mixed.The community education has some nationwide problems in the process of urbanization and special problems in ethnic minority areas.To solve the problems of community education in the process of urbanization,it is necessary to analyze the local special situations and the successful experience of the national community.The city national meeting pointed that: do national work is to strengthen and improve the important content of national work and city under the new situation,regard the Minority Floating Population Services Administration as the focus,let the city accept the minority people,and the minority people better integrate into the city,strengthen the contacts and exchanges between various ethnic blend.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the problems of community education in minority areas.This paper mainly analyzes in the following aspects: the first is to analyze through the comprehensive data statistical analysis to sum up the current situation of community education in Damao County and discover the problems.The second is to research the latest theoretical background and theory of economics education in the town combining with the minority community education theory to provide the theoretical basis for research status and problems of community education through theoretical analysis.Thirdly is to establish a new concept of the new urbanization policy and community education in the new target combining with the policy the characteristics of ethnic minority areas in order to provide policy basis for the study and present situation of community education in Damao county.Fourth,to identify the problems of community education and provide some effective countermeasures and suggestions according to comprehensive analysis.President Xi Jinping pointed out in the central city working conference in January 6,2016: Overall government,society,the three main bodies of the public to improve the enthusiasm of all parties to promote urban development.Community plays an important role in the process of urbanization and urban construction.It is a very important platform to connect the government,society and residents.The comprehensive development of community education is to achieve the ultimate diversification,led by the government,enterprises,public participation,community based,establish a complete education system,form the agricultural population transfer and migrant workers from the occupation training,safety education and life,the rule of law,enterprises "absorption",a "social ecological chain digest,make community education to promote the role of the whole city development effectively.
