Research On The Employment Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Land-lost Farmers In Ethnic Areas From The Perspective Of Vocational Education

Employment is the biggest people’s livelihood,which is related to the survival and development of people.In the process of urbanization,land-lost farmers in minority areas face increasingly prominent employment problems,which greatly affects their survival and development.Vocational education has the function of training talents and serving the society,and plays an irreplaceable advantage in promoting the employment of landless farmers in ethnic areas.Based on the value concept of promoting education fairness and justice and common prosperity,it is of certain practical significance to promote employment with vocational education and to solve the employment dilemma of land-lost farmers in minority areas.To carried out a research on how to effectively solve the employment dilemma of land-lost farmers in F county in ethnic area,it comprehensively applying the theories of sociology,philosophy,pedagogy,economics and other related disciplines,using the research paradigm of qualitative and quantitative analysis,combining with literature research,questionnaire survey,case interview and comparative analysis.By visiting and investigating the employment situation and the demand for vocational education of the landless farmers in F County of Hunan Province in the process of urbanization,the research analyzes the specific reasons that cause of employment difficulty.It is pointed out that vocational education is one of the best solution to the employment dilemma of landless farmers in ethnic areas.Analyzing and drawing lessons from the measures taken by some areas at home and abroad to promote the employment of farmers through vocational education,and summarizes the vocational education measures to promote the employment of landless farmers in F County of ethnic areas.We can make the following conclusions through the investigation on research objects and the analysis of domestic and foreign cases:First,the employment dilemma of landless farmers in F County of ethnic areas is mainly manifested in four aspects: steep employment situation,poor employment stability,low employment orientation and weak employment ability.Second,there are subjective and objective factors affecting the employment of landless farmers in F county.Subjective reasons include: backward ideology,lower level of education,lack of vocational skills and short of social resources;objective reasons include: vacancy of employment security policy,weak ability of industries in minority areas to absorb employment and widespread employment discrimination.Third,vocational education is the most effective way to promote the employment of landless farmers in ethnic areas.It is found that foreign regions,especially developed countries,attach great importance to the role of vocational education in social security,and they adopt various ways to promote the employment of farmers in their own countries,and have achieved good results.At the same time,some areas in China have also achieved great progresses in promoting employment in vocational education.According to the research findings,this study puts forward the countermeasures of promoting employment to landless farmers with vocational education.Firstly,to formulate the main body and management operation mechanism of promoting employment by vocational education;secondly,to adopt various methods of vocational education to promote employment training;thirdly,to implement diversified content system with vocational education to promote employment;fourthly,to construct the guarantee system of vocational education to promote employment;and fifthly,to establish the supervision and effect evaluation mechanism of vocational education process.
