With the continuous development of society,people’s quality of life gradually increased,the gap between rural and urban areas is widening,rural family economic pressure also increased gradually.In order to improve the living standard,increase the economic income family,a large number of rural men from their homes,to make a living in the city.But because of the household register,economic condition and so on various aspects condition limit,they can only leave their children living in the countryside.Leave the child in the home are mostly live with grandparents or maternal grandparents and other relatives,individual children friend live together with their parents,moreover is living alone.We will such children often called "left-behind children".In recent years,with the increasing of the rural migrant workers,the number of left-behind children also showed a trend of rising.The absence of regulation in the family,the school management is not enough,not enough attention under the action of various factors such as joint,left-behind children’s introverted,social disorder,lack of self-knowledge serious mental health problems.The author choose left-behind children as the research object,the use of professional social work methods and skills are involved in the mental health problems of left-behind children,to help them solve problems,explore their potential,motivate them to healthy growth.This article first elaborates the research background,significance and purpose,and then to the domestic left-behind children summarized and reviewed the related studies,and for defining the concept of left-behind children and mental health.Through contact with the left-behind children,the writer summarizes the psychological health problems of left-behind children,and to analyze the causes of the problem.In binchuan A field survey after primary school,the author select X students as the research object.Communicate with the teachers,the author through to obtain the basic information of the service object,and through contact with the service objects further,a more comprehensive understanding of service object,and found that the existence of mental health problems.Aimed at the problem of the service object,director use case work service methods for intervention,explore their potential,enhance their confidence and promote their healthy growth.In the process of service,flexible use of the professional skills and methods of social workers,integration of useful resources,help them to better solve the problem of mental health.After the service,the author reviews the whole service process,summarize and reflection on social work intervention in the role of left-behind children mental health problems and shortcomings,and put forward their own opinions and Suggestions.
