| The QI Xingguan District of Bijie,Guizhou Province,is the place of the "11.16" incident in 2012 and the "6.9" incident in 2015.Since 2012,the work of left-behind children has been included in the work of the local government and in the education sector,and school teachers play an important role in caring for the children left behind,and the workload is increasing.Taking three township teachers in Bijie QI Xingguan District as a sample,this paper studies the relationship between mental health and work stress of care service teachers in school left-behind children and the improvement countermeasures,and studies the use of work stress source questionnaire(see appendix)and Mental Health status assessment scale(see appendix)A questionnaire survey was conducted among 630 teachers in three townships in Bijie QI Xingguan District,and 620 questionnaires were recovered,of which 600 teachers worked part-time for child-left care services.The study leads to the following results: 96.78% of teachers in the left-behind children care services on the first l,the task is more serious,especially as a teacher of the head teacher.The mental health status of care service teachers in left-behind children was positive in the "hostile symptoms","paranoid Symptoms","compulsive Symptoms" and "depressive symptom" factors.The higher the level of work pressure of left-behind children care service teachers,the lower the level of mental health. |
