Under The Perspective Of Resilience In Master Of Social Work Graduate Student Of Employment Pressure And Response

Life is a continuous choice and adaptive process,as Donald E.Super's saying goes that occupation development is a long-term process in phases in the occupation development theory that different stages with different priorities.The most important stage is 25-44 years old in this occupation establishment stage,which is the core part of most people work cycle.Graduates generally have entered the 25 years old,professional social work graduate students are no exception.Most are between the exploration stage and the establishment stage.Although graduates have more exploration experiences than undergraduates,but also face greater employment difficulties than undergraduates.The Party in the Sixth Plenary Session of the 16 th CPC Central Committee by the Central Committee of the Communist Party decides on some major issues of building a socialist harmonious society,which it is an urgent task to promote the development of social work.The construction of the socialist harmonious society,cannot do without strong support of social work personnel.The master of social work program is an important component of social work personnel,but due to the increasingly complex and competitive society,the value of diversity and the social stratification,the change of family structure,social work professional graduate employment encountered multiple difficulties,in the face of graduating from school into the community when more severe employment situation,generally exist in the shortage of employment preparation,employment psychology and employment intention in poor condition,all kinds of problems Continue to emerge.The author uses snowball sampling,selection of outstanding and experienced employment difficulties and coping research of social work good students,starting from the perspective of environmental resilience resilience,Kumpfer-individual interaction model based on the study of professional social work students employment difficulties in the interpretation of the risk factors and protective factors of resilience of the game the operation mechanism.The study finds that 15 social work graduate students have experienced from the individual and the environment dual dilemma,one of the biggest difficulty comes from the profession itself.To this,they use the clear employment goals,career decision-making,adjusting the employment psychology,preparation,at the same time,family emotional care provided by the economic and social relations support,guidance and employment unit school teacher thought recommendation,peer group spiritual encouragement and employment information and experience sharing,employment difficulties of state policy support and promote the external protective factors of the dual protection factor to cope with the thorns everywhere;such as double protection measures to deal with the land employment predicament of thorns.15 social work graduate students embrace the sunshine in the employment difficulties,finded the satisfied work,the results from the art force,presented the individual differences,on the whole,presents two kinds of results,followed by 12 graduate student in social work to achieve a state of art force reconstruction,three graduate student at the art force status of social work.Based on the relevant research results of interviews,from the individual level and environment level graduate social work,the author puts forward feasible pathes of social work graduate employment difficulties coping resilience.social work research,aims to help students establish not graduate in employment resilience,to better cope with the challenges under the background of economic globalization and the society smoothly.
