In recent years,with the increasing gap between urban and rural education,the Ministry of education has put forward a balanced development strategy of urban and rural education.This strategy is an opportunity and a challenge for rural middle schools.In recent years the national implementation of the school safety project,a lot of rural middle school has a very large increase in buildings and other facilities,and soon the city schools,but in the quality of teaching of the gap is still very large,the reason of teachers' teaching ability factors is one of the main factors.Therefore,improving the teaching ability of rural school teachers is an effective way to promote the improvement of teaching quality in rural middle schools.Taking the functions of teaching and research group as the breakthrough point to enhance the professional ability of teachers,this paper proposes to strengthen the construction of teaching and research teams in rural middle schools and improve the teaching ability of rural middle school teachers,so as to improve the quality of rural middle school teaching and promote the balanced development of education.The study of M in Midu county middle school as the main object of study,in order to improve the teaching ability of rural middle school teachers as the research object,the analysis of the current rural middle school teachers' teaching ability to enhance the internal and external factors,with the construction of teaching and research group as a starting point,analysis of teaching and research group in the rural middle school teachers to enhance the ability of the role,to put forward the improvement the countermeasures to enhance the teaching ability of teachers from the perspective of.First,by collecting relevant documents and combining the current education balanced development of the Ministry of education,this paper points out the importance of improving the teaching ability of rural middle school teachers,and puts forward the theory of strengthening the teaching and research group construction in rural middle schools to improve the teaching ability of rural middle school teachers.The construction of teaching and research group in rural schools,that is,scientific and standardized management of teaching and research group and improvement of organization construction of teaching and research group,as well as internal solidarity and interaction between teaching and research group,complement each other,and put forward the necessity and feasibility of building teaching and Research Group based on improving teachers' teaching ability.Take Midu County M middle school as an example,using the questionnaire survey method,literature method,observation method and interview method,composition of M teaching group personnel's basic situation,management system,activities and cultural atmosphere of the investigation and analysis,sum up the M middle school there are problems in the construction of teaching group,teaching and research group:1.the system construction is not perfect;the 2.group of the operation of the lack of standardized scientific management;3.for the construction of the culture of teaching and research group can not keep up,the cultural atmosphere is not strong;the 4.group management functions have not been effective and so on.Finally,aiming at the problems and shortcomings of M middle school in teaching and research group building and improving teachers' teaching ability,combined with the basic education theory,it puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen teaching and research group construction and enhance teachers'teaching ability.To establish the research group as the carrier of the teaching ability of teachers to enhance the system,specifically for the transformation of teaching and research activities of rural middle school teachers ideas,promote teachers' teaching ability;play the supporting role of school management and the construction of teaching group,so as to better play to the functions of teaching and research group;strengthen the research team management,improve team cohesion;lead the role of teaching and research,improve teachers' teaching ability;"learning group" to create common learning;strengthen teachers'Reflection on teaching,enhance the teaching ability of teachers;teaching and research group plans and measures to regulate the evaluation mechanism.
