The development of teachers is a major force to promote the development of education undertakings. In terms of our country, the imbalance of urban and rural teachers, cause the bigger difference of urban and rural education, the state and society from all walks of life are emphasized to improve the teaching ability of teachers in rural, and the improvement of teachers’ teaching ability must implement the specific discipline, to discuss the teaching ability enhancement.
