Huzhou Merchant,also known as Huzhou Merchant Group,is an important part of Zhejiang Merchant Group,playing a significant role in the business development of Zhejiang Province.Huzhou Merchant is an abundant resource of spiritual culture thus being the cultural foundation of Huzhou regional economic development.In recent years,entrepreneurship education in universities has developed into an unprecedented stage.Up to the end of 2016,90%of colleges and universities in China have run innovation and and entrepreneurship education courses,which has been expanding.Innovation and entrepreneurship education has become an important way to reform talent development in universities.In this background,how to promote the entrepreneurship education development of vocational colleges,infuse culture motive into talent training and establish a unique system of entrepreneurial culture of vocational colleges with the help of the spiritual strength of merchant group culture is a very valuable study.In this paper,based on a flood of literature related to the research subject,the basic connotation of Huzhou Merchant Culture is summarized and deducted.A deep-going analysis of the necessity that Huzhou Merchant Culture integrates with local vocational colleges is also carried out,that is Edgar Schein's Three Levels of Culture model is used to analyze the theoretical model of Huzhou merchant culture integrating with local vocational entrepreneurship education to form the basic theoretical analytical frame.Second,taking Huzhou Vocational&Technical College as example,how the Huzhou merchant culture integrating with the entrepreneurship education in Huzhou Vocational&Technical College is surveyed through questionnaire and current situation concerning cognitive environment,top design,path selection and difficulties is classified from two perspectives of student and teacher.Based on the data above,main problems and causes of the integration are proposed.Finally,based on the Edgar Schein's Three Levels of Culture model,the perspective of theoretical analysis of implementing strategies is proposed.In addition,with the practice and survey conclusion of Huzhou Vocational&Technical College,strategies and measures are proposed from three perspectives,which are value and principle——top design of optimization of the integration,education implementation level——improvement measures that Huzhou merchant culture integrating with entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges,auxiliary measures level-ecological environment that Huzhou merchant culture integrating with entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges,and effect test-efficiency test of improvement of the integration.
