Research On The Problems Of Entrepreneurship Education Management In Local Universities

Entrepreneurship education helps to improve entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial ability.Colleges and universities are the direct subjects of entrepreneurship education.Provincial universities play an extremely important role in local entrepreneurship education.However,at present,the level of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in Sichuan Province is generally low.Entrepreneurship education lags behind vigorous entrepreneurial needs.The atmosphere of entrepreneurial culture has not yet fully formed.The development of entrepreneurship education is constrained by various factors,and the underlying causes are mainly The management of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is not powerful enough.Therefore,strengthening the research on the management of entrepreneurship education in provincial universities and colleges,and improving the management of entrepreneurship education in universities are of great practical significance for advancing the country's "double-creation" strategy.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part,introduction.This section describes the necessity of entrepreneurship education management in local universities,and discusses the theoretical value and practical significance of the study.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign entrepreneurial education management research results,as well as the definition of related core concepts and the determination of research methods,the research foundation for entrepreneurial education management issues has been established.The second part is the theoretical basis of entrepreneurship education management.This part is mainly based on the relevant theoretical basis of behavioral science management,detailed management and total quality management,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of entrepreneurship management in local universities.The third part is the investigation of the status quo of the entrepreneurial education management in provincial ordinary universities.This section describes theinvestigation of the entrepreneurial education management of ordinary undergraduate colleges in Sichuan Province through surveys.The main research content is the establishment of the entrepreneurship education management mechanism,the management of the entrepreneurship education faculty,and the establishment of the entrepreneurship education ecosystem.Through random sampling surveys of undergraduate students,college teachers,and managers,SPSS analysis of variance,cross-analysis,and frequency analysis were used.In the fourth part,the problems and causes of entrepreneurship education management in ordinary universities in provinces.This section describes the entrepreneurship education management of provincial undergraduate colleges from four aspects: entrepreneurship education ecosystem,management of entrepreneurship education faculty,entrepreneurship education and teaching management,and entrepreneurship education operating mechanism.Then,from the aspects of external environmental factors,internal motivation factors and students' individual entrepreneurial accomplishments,this paper analyzes the causes of these problems.The fifth part is to optimize the suggestions for the management of entrepreneurship education in provincial ordinary universities.First of all,it is necessary to intensify the innovation of entrepreneurial practice education and management,in particular from the three aspects of innovation and refinement of entrepreneurial practice education system construction and the construction of a specialized entrepreneurial education operating mechanism.Secondly,it is necessary to construct a systematic entrepreneurial education management ecosystem,which is specifically implemented in terms of entrepreneurship education management philosophy,teaching management,teacher team management,entrepreneurship education environment,comprehensive quality assessment system,and comprehensive management model.
