Laboratory is an important place to cultivate the hands-on ability and creative thinking of college students in colleges and universities.At present,many colleges and universities in our country have set up open laboratories for teaching and scientific research.But with the continuous development of the Internet of things technology and the gradual advance of the reform of school teaching,the problems of laboratory construction and management are gradually exposed.The usage schedule of the laboratory is not uniform,and the entry and exit record is very difficult,the traditional power supply cannot guarantee the safety of electricity,it cannot guarantee information security if wireless information is directly transmitted through the channel.All of above problems have increased the security risks of the laboratory's assets and electricity consumption,and limited the laboratory construction and management to a certain extent.Therefore,the design of smart labs can provide more convenient and intelligent solutions of the management and safety.The construction mode of smart labs has a reference for future laboratory construction and management.At first,the situation of domestic and abroad are discussed about Internet of things and chaos encryption.Combined with ZigBee technology,RFID technology and Wi Fi technology,the general design plan of the smart labs is proposed,and through the introduction and function analysis of each module,the main technologies involved in the design are briefly introduced.Secondly,under the overall design scheme,the hardware ZigBee node and RFID reader are designed,ZigBee network is established through the software design,then the access control attendance,intelligent lighting,power supply,intelligent alarm and other functions can be realized,and the access control can be open by using mobile phone NFC function.The hardware circuit of the ZigBee-Wi Fi gateway module is designed,and then the conversion of the ZigBee protocol and the TCP protocol can be completed.A chaotic encryption scheme is proposed used for instruction string encryption,which encrypts the signals between the mobile terminal,the PC client and the gateway module,and ensures the security of the information transmission.Two four order hyperchaotic systems are selected in the chaotic encryption scheme,the four order Runge-Kutta discretization algorithm is used to solve the chaotic system equations to generate chaotic encryption sequences.Finally,data encryption is achieved by fast sorting and feedback XOR.The server and cloud platform are set up as the software backstage of the intelligent laboratory to realize the storage and application of the data.The Android mobile APP and PC client are developed,and the video monitoring module is added to achieve remote control of the ZigBee network and the state monitoring of the laboratory.Finally,a holistic test of the designed smart labs system is conducted,ensure the function of the smart labs system can be achieved,and the stability of the system is improved.The test results show that the smart labs system can realize the perception,transfer and record information of personnel entry and exit,and the functions of intelligent power control and information privacy communication can be realized,which provide information security guarantee for the construction of laboratory.
