Recently years,the rapid growth of the Internet of things has overstepped people’s visualization.The Internet of things is the trend of the times.People are surrounded by all kinds of Internet of things applications,such as smart home in home,agricultural Internet of things in agriculture,industrial Internet of things in industry,automobile Internet of things in automobile,and educational informatization in school.For colleges and universities,the growth of Internet of things has created favorable circumstances to raise the degree of education informatization and reduce resources cost.Under this circumstances,this paper designs a cloud data collection,analysis and domination system based on the Internet of things.By installing intelligent devices(such as fluorescent lamps,air conditioning,projection,etc.)and all kinds of sensing element(temperature,humidity,light,carbon dioxide,PM2.5)in the classroom,the system can gather multiple environmental information remotely through the network at actual time,and record the indoor environmental changes and electrical appliances The results of machine learning are used to control the classroom intelligently,so as to rise the availability of the classroom and decrease the expenses of resources and energy.The system includes data acquisition equipment control node,cloud server,data analysis equipment control cloud platform.The data acquisition node uses Bluetooth networking mode to connect all sensors and intelligent devices together through Bluetooth networking mode Arduino Nano reads the data of each sensor and the usage of the device through the JDY-10 M Bluetooth module,achieves data integration and upload by using Wi Fi wireless communication,and receives the control instructions of the data analysis device to control the cloud platform to control the device;in the cloud server part,raspberry pie 4b is used to build the running environment,and the data acquisition node is established by port mapping In the part of cloud platform,Django framework and tensorflow framework are used to build data analysis equipment control cloud platform,Django framework is used to build friendly human-computer interaction page,which is easy to store data and manage and control cloud server,and tensorflow machine learning framework is used to build machine learning platform for saved data The machine learning model is used to forecast and analyze the use of classroom equipment in the next week,and the drawing is displayed through the Django framework.Finally,the learned model is deployed to control classroom equipment,so as to reach the goal of increasing education informatization and decreasing energy cost.Finally,through testing the communication between the cloud server,data analysis equipment control cloud platform and data acquisition equipment control node,and building machine learning model to predict the use of equipment,and take this as the benchmark for equipment control.The test outcomes manifest that the system has good remote access and control functions,and the built model can quite accurately forecast the use of equipment,and reach the aim of decreasing classroom energy waste and increasing education informatization to a certain extent.
