In the last two decades,China's education business,especially the higher education business,has been developing rapidly.The enrollment rate increases significantly and conditions for running schools improved dramatically.H university has run schools for more than 30 years,sending tens of thousands of outstanding talents to the country.Due to the expansion of the scale of the school,the number of staff in the school has risen sharply.However,the school administrative staff's work enthusiasm is not high due to the low internal compensation management level.It is difficult to meet the requirements of the huge number of teachers and students.In this paper,in order to promote H university salary management level,we design a set of suitable payment system.We conduct online survey,questionnaire,face-to-face interviews and other methods,to investigate the various administrative personnel responsibilities,working conditions,salary,and their suggestions to the salary system reform.This paper analyzes the causes of problems from historical problems,imperfect system and incomplete implementation.In the process of research,the author mainly adopts the post value evaluation method to analyze the problems listed above.Firstly,the evaluation model of post value of administrative personnel is established.Determine the administrative unit,refine the job elements,evaluate the post value,and design the salary,performance salary,welfare system,etc.Finally,it is necessary to set up a series of safeguard measures to implement the compensation management system.This article will provide the H college administrators with a more effective compensation management system,which will play a important role in compensation,stability and staff motivation.A series of safeguards system,including the recruitment of the post system,the performance appraisal system and the training system are established.The results of this study can also play a positive effect in other universities with similar problems.
