Study On Marital Stability Of Urban Working Young Women And Social Work Intervention

Marriage plays an important role in lifetime.Lots of people consider a happy marriage as the most successful issue in their whole life.However,there are some masterful figures struggling to their marriage,which destroy their own family life.Marriage is closely related to individual and society,which have been extensive influenced.In today's rapidly changing society,the number of divorces keeps increasing,especially urban marriage inclines to be unstable.More and more research state that,the stabilization of marriage prospects not only impacts harmony of family life and the growth of children,but also affects constancy of society.The more female earn,the more social status improves,according to amounts of study.As a result,more and more female concentrate on better marital quality,which make them intend to divorce,exclusively in urban areas.Social work is a subject to core values that assist people to help themselves.It has a strong theoretical basis and practical operation skills and it is vital to study marriage and family issue.Under the guidance of theory to social work,the article analyzes the factors which influence stabilization to contemporary urban marriage from the standpoint of young female in the city.In the research,we find some advantages to maintain the stabilized relationship of marriage(1)with the support of parents(2)the couple have consistent gender division of labor(3)conjugal relation becomes the key part of family relation(4)appropriate solution to marital conflicts(5)deep involvement with spouse.simultaneously,marriage of urban young female is terminated for(1)weak premarital base(2)lack of skills to solving problems(3)disagreement about paternal role(4)disagreement about marital role(5)marital alternative(6)relief the divorced consequence without fear and anxiety.At the end of the article,we choose an individual case as an object,which her marriage remains but her marital crisis index is high(she gives degree of marital satisfaction is 5 marks out of 10).We get involved mainly by the way of individual case.Moreover,team work and community service play a subsidiary role.We make a long-term objectives and a short-term objectives as a result of multiple interviews which analyze the problems and the needs the couple faces to.Therefore,they improve marital relation and ease tensions in family with the help of social work,learning and mastering communication skills.
