| Amateur Basketball League is an important part of China's Basketball League,is mainly carried out in the form of mass basketball games,but also an important manifestation of the comprehensive strength of the local basketball amateur basketball league,carry out "to implement the" health China 2030 "plan" and "National Fitness Program" plays an important role and significance.Fuzhou City,the first cup eighth basketball tournament and the 2017 municipal administrations of Fuzhou National Basketball League games is an important local amateur basketball tournament,running the game a long time scale,has a positive impact and important role in promoting the local amateur basketball development and the national fitness campaign.In this paper,using the method of literature,expert interviews and questionnaire method on the "first cup" amateur basketball league to carry out investigation and analysis of the main problems about present situation in the foundation,according to the problems put forward some suggestions and measures.The conclusions are as follows:1,The fuzhou "the first cup" basketball league players most young people,income in 3000-5000 yuan between accounts for the proportion of larger,bachelor degree,has not accepted the professional training,and civil servants,enterprise,institution professional people to give priority to.2,"The first cup" the referee has the high professional quality,all for the level above the basketball referees,middle-aged and young referees have,have to old with the new ability,age structure is relatively reasonable.3,The team members of the "first opening cup" coaches are relatively complex, with a short teaching period and not enough practical experience.Most of the coaches have not received professional training.4,Most of the teams in the "opening cup" competition are organized in the form of governmental units and social teams.The internal management status is not optimistic.5,the "first League Cup" in the organization to carry out main problems existing in the process has not fully reflected the whole nation and the media publicity and funding in place,the player's accident protection mechanism is not perfect,the qualification system is not perfect,there are some defects such as organization and management.According to the current situation and main problems of the "first cup" amateur basketball league in Fuzhou,the Countermeasures of sustainable development are put forward.1,Fuzhou's "opening cup" amateur basketball league matches should establish a diversified league system,formulate multi-level and multi class game plan,and let more basketball fans participate in it,which will play a positive role in the promotion and development of sports events.2,with the help of data platform,we set up a medical resource database belonging to league players,and targeted preventive measures should be taken to reduce players'accidents.3,"the first cup" tournament organization departments should actively communicate effectively with the news media,voice broadcast,mobile phone APP push event news network broadcast,competition video way to add major publicity and sponsorship efforts by car radio.4,the "opening cup" League should improve its organizational management capabilities,establish a scientific management system,attach importance to the construction of organizational management personnel and talent echelon,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and efficiency of every worker in the organization.Actively cooperate with the government departments to improve the influence of the competition.5,supervise and urge the teams to complete the establishment and implementation of the internal management system;provide a platform for coaches to learn from each other,and regularly hire experts to train the coaches for practical training. |
