Strengthening rural teacher training is an important way to promote the professional development and the overall quality of rural teachers.It is a powerful guarantee for implementing the quality education and promoting the balanced development of compulsory education.As rural batons and future rural backbone teachers,rural novice teachers' development is closely related to the future of rural education.J province is a large agricultural province in Central China.Education,especially rural education,is relatively weak.Teachers in rural areas are output.In practice,new teachers are usually firstly enrolled in township schools.After a certain number of years of work,they are transferred from their preferred schools.Therefore,it is of urgent practical value and significance to understand the status quo of the professional capabilities of rural novice teachers,to explore the training mode of the novice village teachers,and training effectiveness.In this study,workshops were used as the carrier,and the network and schoolbased integrated training model was adopted to train rural novice teachers.The focus was on their professional competence.This study mainly used the literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,and co-word clustering analysis method.The document analysis was used to sort out the predicament of the teacher training model and determine the content structure of the professional ability of novice teachers in rural junior middle school.Through the questionnaire survey,it is found that there is a big gap between the professional competence of the novice junior middle school teachers in J Province and professional standards.Their teaching design ability,teaching implementation ability,class management and educational activity organization ability,education and teaching evaluation ability,communication and cooperation ability,reflection and development ability and so on,all these aspects are relatively weak.During the study,it was found that the integration study in the general sense was due to the real difficulties of the space-time separation between the owner and the student.As a result,the integration training was difficult to achieve.Therefore,it has constructed and applied the integrated training mode of “Family Leader + Principal”.After the training,a reflective cluster analysis was performed on the reflective journals written by 320 research subjects.It was found that novice teachers paid more attention to the improvement of their self-teaching design ability after integrated training;they deeply thought about the teaching process and methods;and re-positioned the education and teaching process.Evaluation;strengthen their communication and cooperation capabilities;optimize the organization of class management and educational activities;review their own development.After the completion of training for integrated training,the questionnaire survey and follow-up survey of the research subjects was continued.The data showed that the proficiency of the novice teachers' professional ability was improved and their professional ability after practice was significantly improved.Based on the analysis of survey data,the author concludes that the practical application of the integrated training model: that is,attaching importance to the teacher's own internal training,paying attention to the common development of teachers,focusing on solving problems practically,and supporting the upgrading of professional skills of novice teachers.Based on this,the proposal of promoting the rapid development of integrated training model in J province is proposed: that is,to attach importance to the team building of rural teachers,accelerate the development of integrated research and development model;create a professional community of teachers to effectively enhance the professional capabilities of teachers;in-depth teacher training research and promote the application of integrated training models.
