The professional learning ability of novice teachers in primary schools is a source of strength for teachers to improve their professional quality,and it is also a help for student growth and school development.At present,novice teachers in primary schools generally lack professional learning ability.Analysis,looking for ways to improve the professional learning ability of novice teachers in primary schools,has important practical significance for the country,society,schools,teachers and students.The study takes the reality of the professional learning ability of novice teachers in primary schools as the general grasp,and combines domestic and foreign literature to determine the structure of the professional learning ability of novice teachers in primary schools,that is,the driving force for learning,the willpower to learn,and the learning ability.With reference to the master's dissertation,the“ Professional Learning Ability Questionnaire for Novice Teachers in Primary Schools” was compiled,and 276 novice teachers in Tianjin primary school were selected as the research object.The professional learning ability of the current novice teachers in primary schools was analyzed as a whole,and the situation of each dimension and different demographics The impact of variables on the professional learning ability of novice teachers in primary schools is analyzed,the problems of professional learning ability of novice teachers in primary schools are grasped,the reasons are found from schools and individuals,and corresponding improvement strategies are proposed.According to the survey results,the average level of professional learning ability of novice teachers in primary schools is about 4.01,which is at the middle and upper levels.The average driving force of learning is the highest,with an average value of 4.12 points,followed by the learning ability,with a score of 3.98 points and the willpower to learn.The lowest average was 3.95,and the lowest score wascontinuous learning,with an average of 3.69.There is a significant difference in the professional learning ability of novice teachers in primary schools in different working hours and teaching periods,and there are differences but not significant in terms of academic qualifications,types of schools employed,and whether they are class teachers.Generally speaking,novice teachers in primary schools have strong professional learning ability and sufficient internal driving force,but there is a weak learning will.At present,the professional learning ability of novice teachers in primary schools mainly includes problems such as insufficient diversified learning methods,weak continuous learning ability,ambiguous goal awareness and learning planning,and the need to strengthen self-improvement ability.The reason is that,in terms of schools,the training forms are not diversified and the burden is too much.As for the individual teachers,the teachers have too much external pressure,lack of initiative and lack of independent planning.Therefore,in order to improve the professional learning ability of novice teachers in primary schools,it is necessary for schools and teachers to work together.First,the pre-service teacher education takes into account the informed actions and conducts enlightenment guidance.Second,the incumbent schools adjust their thinking to meet the reasonableness of novice teachers.Demand;third,individual teachers take the initiative to improve personal management.
