The current loss of teachers in primary and secondary schools in rural areas has greatly affected the education environment in rural areas.The main reason is the rural primary and secondary school teachers incentive mechanism has a lot of problems,so the core issue of this article is in the system of comprehensive theoretical basis and literature at home and abroad,combined with the actual survey of Taoyuan county rural primary and secondary schools,for the local education environmentthis paper puts forward the ideas of perfecting the incentive mechanism and countermeasures.In this way,we can improve and maintain the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of education teaching in the teachers group,so as to promote the construction of local teachers and improve the quality of education in rural areas.The country is increasing the tilt of the rural education policy,and this paper will take this opportunity to study the incentive mechanism of rural teachers.But in the early literature collection,it found that the current domestic research on incentive mechanism of rural primary and secondary schools mostly focus on the external analysis of the incentive mechanism,the homogeneity principle,countermeasure research of teachers incentives,and the research emphasis is on research incentive mechanism in colleges and universities.With the rapid development of economy,the gap between urban and rural economy is increasing,and the gap between urban and rural education is also more prominent.So in order to explore and improve a particular area of teacher incentive mechanism perfect problem,should be combined with the local practical education environment and many factors of implementing incentive mechanism and combined closely with the actual situation of the local education,so as to effectively stimulate the potential of rural teachers,rural schools attract,develop and retain talents,build continue to mobilize the enthusiasm of the teachers' human resources management model and better realize the social function of contemporary rural schools.The author at the same time of building structure,aware of the Taoyuan county rural teachers incentive mechanism research and the use of pair not only stay on the incentive countermeasures and cause analysis of the shallow level,which should be through actual investigation and scientific analysis some conclusions,and the reason,the influence factors of system design,the mechanism of feedback and improvement as a whole from the top-down analysis,so as to realize incentive mechanism to be able to present the state of flexible and stable,enhance the level of scientific nature and effectiveness.In this study,the teachers of rural primary and secondary schools in Taoyuan county were selected as the research objects,and the status quo was studied by means of questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and literature method.Divides into the teacher incentive mechanism system of government,school level,system design and personal career development motivation from three aspects,and use that to Taoyuan county operation problems and cause of the current teachers' incentive mechanism analysis,put forward the perfect should adhere to the basic principles,basic assumptions,and basic countermeasures.To explore the systems of building effective and continuously motivating teachers' enthusiasm,initiative and creativity.
