In the construction and development of the secondary vocational schools, establishing and improving a set of scientific, efficient incentive mechanism, which is the primary problem that must be solved in school teaching management. The incentive mechanism can not only guarantee the realization of the overall goal of the school, but also can meet the needs of teachers, to maximize the potential of individuals and groups of teachers' teaching. Therefore, it is important of secondary vocational school teachers to research the incentive mechanism.This article focuses on the teachers' incentive mechanism, using the method of Documental and case study to analyze the incentive mechanism of Guangdong D secondary vocational school,which in time of the consolidation period and early National demonstration, in the hope that to provide practical guidance for the Guangdong D secondary vocational school and other secondary vocational schools which are catching up rapidly.The first part discusses the background and significance of this paper, literature research on incentive mechanism was reviewed. The second part discusses the connotation and theoretical basis of teacher motivation mechanism. The running status of the incentive mechanism of economic and trade school teachers in the third part of the thesis research of the city. The fourth part of the thesis analyzes the existing problems of the incentive mechanism in Guangdong D secondary vocational school. The fifth part studies the causes of the existing problems. The last part is the focus of the full text, which made a new exploration on the construction of incentive mechanism of Guangdong D secondary vocational school teachers.
