As an important part of the overall framework of China's occupational education,medium occupation education has received more and more attention from the whole society in recent years.The positive development of secondary vocational education will play an important role in promoting China's overall quality,improving employment rate and maintaining social stability.The orientation of secondary vocational schools is to train technical talents for the society.Therefore,the development of secondary vocational schools plays an important role in the cultivation of national skilled personnel.As a teacher directly taking on the teaching task of education in secondary vocational schools,whether the professional quality and professional skills can be fully embodied and displayed directly determines whether the students can acquire sufficient professional knowledge and achieve the required skill level.Macroscopically speaking,it directly influences the development process of career education.Therefore,how to effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers,fully guarantee their enthusiasm,and maximize the development of teachers education teaching potential,has become a problem in front of all secondary vocational schools.In recent years,with the continuous development of motivation theory and the attempt and application of teacher motivation theory,more and more education scholars have realized that establishing a sound teacher motivation mechanism plays a direct and sufficient role in fully tapping teachers' potential,stimulating teachers' passion for work and enhancing teachers' professional sense of achievement.H technician college is the second batch of national key secondary vocational demonstration schools in China,formed by the merger of multiple schools.In recent years,under the policy guidance of education,a large number of established technical schools with a long history of running schools have been developing and expanding through integration of majors and integration of colleges and universities.H technician college is one of the most representative secondary vocational schools.In this article,through analyzing the domestic current situation of the teachers' incentive mechanism,from the current vocational colleges teachers incentive mechanism of universal,with H technician college teachers as the research object,using literature method,questionnaire method and interview method to H technician institute school situation,teachers structure,and carry out specific analysis on the current incentive mechanism,to further explore the school in the title,compensation,training,and other problems of incentive mechanism,and deeply analyze the problems of society,school and individual causes.Through investigation and analysis,in combination with the practical situation of colleges,college teachers' incentive mechanism development strategy guiding ideology,basic principles and the matters needing attention,try to just the title appraisal system,salary incentive system,and training promotion system feasibility strong opinions and views,and finally,in order to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of the system,further proposed to choose and employ persons,yan yan think things,strict to the implementation of the accountability.The in-depth exploration and research on the teacher incentive mechanism of H technician college not only has great significance for the future management direction of H technician college,but also provides a real and effective reference for other vocational colleges.To some extent,the research conclusion of this paper enriches the theoretical research category of the teacher motivation system of education in modern secondary vocational schools,and plays an important role in guiding the long-term stable development of secondary vocational schools.
