Research On The Optimization Of Physical Education Program In Beijing Sport University

This article is based on Beijing sport university sports education professional training scheme as the research object,by 2003,2007,2012 years of training scheme as the research prototype,with Beijing sports university grade 2013 to small,medium,university education practice of physical education major students,and part of the internship of 13 primary school teachers as investigation object,and applies the method of literature study,comparative research,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method are studied,such as analysis of the current Beijing sports university training programs and under the background of social demand for sports talents in the new period between supply and demand contradiction,put forward the optimization of sports education professional training scheme of opinions and suggestionsResearch conclusions are as follows:(1)The training scheme of 2012 in comparison with 2003 and 2007's has a qualitative progress,but in the new era background,with the constant change of social sports talents,training scheme in 2012 cannot have satisfied the current social demand for sports education talent cultivation.(2)Cultivation of physical education teachers involved in the content and used in the actual teaching of primary school the matching degree is not enough,the content of the elementary school teaching requires less involved in physical education teacher training.(3)Practice in the training plan for credit increased,but the practice arrangement is not comprehensive.Internship before the students enter the school sports teaching practice is less,the cultivation of student's teaching skill is not through training process,most of the students is the education internship after the internship teaching gradually master the sports teaching.(4)In the process of training PE teachers,completed the first step in the technology,but for the cultivation of "teaching" is not enough.To the cultivation of students' sports skills than the cultivation of sports teaching skills,students in demonstration,help protect master degree is high,but the students in teaching organization.(5)In the process of training teachers for the cultivation of the students' classroom management is insufficient,the teaching attitude of students to the different teaching object consistent,not good at communicating with different teaching object,to the elementary student's attention in the process of teaching control is insufficient,the whole classroom control ability is poor.(6)Plan of the lack of skill to the teacher to carry out the training requirements,teachers to plan on the implementation of the student movement skill and teaching skill training strength is insufficient,all items in the teaching process teachers tend to teach of movement technology,ignoring training scheme about students in physical education teaching skills required to implement.
