In the face of the current employment environment,the employment unit has higher and higher requirements for the comprehensive ability of graduates.Beijing University of Physical Education needs to pay attention to the cultivation of compound talents and professional talents.The society needs the physical education teacher with the football teaching ability,so the compulsory course of the football needs to be continuously improved,the training objective of the course should be adapted to the social needs,and the training of the physical education teachers with the teaching ability of the football.In this paper,through the methods of literature materials,expert interviews,questionnaires,field observations,positive method,and mathematical statistics,the objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,class assignments,assessments,and other aspects of 64 required football time courses in Beijing Sport University are studied.In-depth research was conducted on the subject to understand current teaching implementation status and existing problems in compulsory football lessons,to find solutions to problems,to seek development ideas,and to cultivate the complex talents needed by society.The main findings are as follows:1.Schools need the talents of compound PE teachers with the ability to teach football.The physical education teaching ability of physical education majors of Beijing Sport University is particularly important to exercise,and it is necessary to continuously improve the comprehensive ability.Students need to have personal skills and tactics capabilities,refereeing skills,specific theoretical knowledge,language expression capabilities,demonstration capabilities,teaching plan design,writing skills,teaching,training implementation capabilities,guidance,error correction capabilities,competition organization,and management capabilities.2.The target courses,theoretical course content,practical course content,and theoretical course assessment content of football required courses are comprehensive,and the credit hours are reasonable.There is less discussion on the content of football competition organizations and football instructional theory courses.The technical classification of practical courses is too detailed and the tactics are complex.The practice teaching lacks the cultivation of students' teaching ability.In the practice evaluation,the method of testing the ball around the rod is irrational.3.Through the reform of theoretical teaching content,practical teaching content,practical teaching methods,practice assessment methods.Students can learn a wealth of knowledge of football theory.It is easy for students to master the basic techniques and tactics of simple football and understand the organization methods of small games and large games.Improve students' teaching ability.We will eventually improve compulsory football courses and cultivate students' comprehensive ability.
