Investigation And Research On The Construction And Acquisition Of Special Ability Of Volleyball Master Of Beijing Sport University

From a professional point of view, to improve the Volleyball Master’s special ability is to achieve the core task of the training objectives. The way of students’acquisition of special abilities are diverse, the main way of the school organization of teaching activities, sports related social activities as well as self-help learning activities. The thesis discuss the various ways to obtain the value of the contribution and expectations from students. Hope to inspire the training unit, to provide some reference value for improving the training mode.This article uses the literature material, expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other methods, in order to investigate the volleyball direction of Beijing Sport University. Firstly, the evaluation index and index weight of the special ability of the Volleyball Master’s degree of research are determined. Then, investigate the students’satisfaction with improvement of special ability. Then, survey access to the students’special ability of the practical contribution to the extent and the students’expectation of access to the degree of contribution. Finally, according to the results of the research and expert opinion, put forward the suggestion of improving the training method.The main results are as follows:(1) Volleyball Master special ability including special athletic ability, special teaching ability, training ability, special ability of scientific research, organize special competition and the referee ability, of which the most important is the special teaching ability(2)Special sports ability level 3 indicators for middle school students is the highest satisfaction of ball ability, teaching ability is the highest satisfaction in explanation and demonstration ability, special training ability is the highest satisfaction in the use of training methods and means, specialized scientific research ability of the highest satisfaction is special knowledge reserve, special competition organization and ability is the highest satisfaction in referee gestures to master and use.(3) All access to the expected contribution degree of contribution degree is greater than the reality, there exist significant differences, special sports ability of master of professional class, after school, the school volleyball league volleyball direction independently exercise; Special teaching ability in the direction of volleyball master’s course, teaching and training practice, off-campus substitute, sports related social activity; Special training capacity of volleyball direction master’s course, master basic course; Special master basic course, volleyball direction master course of scientific research ability, complete thesis process; Special competition organization and judging ability of volleyball direction master specialized training, teaching and training practice, the referee level.
