Research On The Analysis And Training Methods Of Teaching Ability Of Physical Education Teachers In Beijing Sport University In The Project Of University Participation In Primary School Sports Development Work

Facing the continuous deepening reform of basic education and the country’s requirements for teachers’ professional ability,strengthening research on teachers’ teaching ability is not only a response to the call of the times,but also a response to the needs of practice.From the perspective of researching physical education teaching ability,this paper investigates and analyzes the teaching ability of physical education teachers in Beijing Sport University in the project of university participation in primary school sports development work.It finds out the deficiencies in teaching ability,exploring the role of different cultivation paths in the development of teaching ability of teachers and provides and provides reference suggestions for the cultivation of teaching ability.In this paper,the teaching ability of the teachers in Beijing Sport University in the project of university participation in primary school sports development work is taken as the research object.This research uses the methods of literature,questionnaires,interviews,mathematical statistics and other methods to analyze the evaluation of the teaching ability of teachers in Beijing Sport University in the project of university participation in primary school sports development work.The evaluation is analyzed,and the teaching ability cultivation of the teachers in Beijing Sport University in the project of university participation in primary school sports development work are investigated and analyzed,and the corresponding conclusions are drawn,which can provide reference for the training and development of talents of physical education teachers.The following conclusions were reached through investigations:1.The teachers in Beijing Sport University in the project of university participation in primary school sports development work have a relatively strong teaching ability as a whole.Among them,teachers whose teaching ability is evaluated as very strong,average,and weak account for a few,and teachers whose teaching ability is evaluated as strong account for most.2.Different training methods have played a certain role in the cultivation of the teaching ability of the teachers in Beijing Sport University in the project of university participation in primary school sports development work.Of all the training methods,"self-teaching experience and reflection" plays the most important role in cultivating the teaching ability of teachers.Different approaches play different roles in cultivating different teaching abilities of teachers.
