Research On Promotion Brought By Happy Physical Education Based On Constructivism To Physical And Mental Qualities Of College Students

The Physical Education is an important component of school education,and is the indispensable contents of quality education and creativity education.Now China has made comprehensive improvement in school Physical Education reform and improvement of physical qualities of students.Meanwhile,various teaching modes, methods and theories which are based on the situations of students have been testified in practice.And it becomes a great promotion to the improvement of teaching quality. Research Objectives:Emphasize the college students in Physical Education should learn in the environment of constructivism which was based on the four factors:situation, cooperation,dialogue and meaning.It will be helpful to cultivation of thinking and teamwork of learners.At the same time,let students learn actively through happy Physical Education based on constructivism,in order to cultivate the awareness of exercises,develop exercise capacity,and improve sports skills,which aims to the comprehensive physical and mental development of students.Research methods:â… will use constructivism education theory and apply scaffolding teaching,anchored teaching and random access teaching design.The essay will make research on the learning effect of track and field curriculum of college Physical Education by applying teaching experiment,searching the literature material,having interviews with experts,surveying through questionnaire,mathematic statistics and interview investigation,which is having two classes of 2007 taking track and field curriculum of college Physical Education as an elective as the experimental objectives.Research results:1.Physical Education using constructivism is distinctive in improvement of scores than the one using traditional mode from the statistical sense.2.Constructive teaching mode has an obvious improvement on the cultivation of interests of students.3.Constructive teaching mode has an obvious improvement on the cultivation of students' acknowledgement of learning objectives.4.Analysis about main reason of students' satisfactory towards Physical Education after using strategy of constructive teaching mode reflects on the following factors:(1) when teacher raise question by setting some situations,it will stimulate the interest of students.
