Based on the current situation that the level of children’s physical health has been declining and the detection rate of obesity and overweight has been rising,we should explore new contents and ways of children’s physical exercise which are safer,more interesting and more effective,guide children to develop the spirit of sportsman who pays attention to physical exercise from an early age,and help them acquire lifelong sports consciousness and ability that can produce long-term health benefits.It is not only to prevent obesity.The most active,direct and effective measures to promote health and build a strong body are also major issues in the field of sports science and public health.This study systematically studies the construction of the teaching system of children’s happy Gymnastics by using the methods of literature,investigation,experiment and statistics.The main conclusions are as follows:1.the teaching system of children’s happy gymnastics consists of five sub-systems: teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching environment and teaching evaluation.The five sub-systems are self-contained,interactive and influential,forming a complete and dynamic system.2.Children’s Happy Gymnastics aims to cultivate children’s lifelong sports consciousness and ability.The construction of the system is based on children and adheres to the combination of time limit and integrity,feasibility and development.The whole target system consists of three major areas,nine key competencies,22 core experiences and 157 operational stage objectives.Among them,three areas are mental movement,sports cognition and sports society;nine key abilities are physical fitness,sports skills,physical cognition,spatial cognition,sports knowledge,rules consciousness,social skills,emotional management and will quality.3.the construction of teaching content system should adhere to the combination of corresponding objectives and interest satisfaction,short-term effects and long-term interests,focusing on the whole and paying attention to the individual,pleasing body and mind and improving skills,and the coordinated development of health quality andcompetitive quality,etc.and run through the whole content system.The whole content system includes 138 sports skills,54 physical fitness exercises,38 sports cognitive themes and 12 sports social themes.4.the construction of teaching method system should integrate the requirements of synergy,comprehensive optimization,timeliness and artistry between teaching method and method,and guide the construction and application of teaching method system.The whole method system consists of three kinds of teaching methods: language-oriented teaching method,perception-oriented teaching method,on-site practical teaching method,autonomous learning method and cooperative learning method.It contains 18 kinds of operational teaching methods.5.the construction of teaching environment system should embody the principles of safety,comfort,education,dynamic development and children’s participation.The whole environmental system is composed of four social and emotional environments: place environment,material environment and equipment,interpersonal relationship,classroom atmosphere,teaching scale and class division.The six environmental elements include 32 operational requirements for environmental creation.6.the construction of teaching evaluation system should adhere to the principles of purpose,process,authenticity,development,artistry and respect for children.The teaching evaluation system consists of three parts: evaluation idea,evaluation method and evaluation method.The concept of evaluation is based on children’s efforts and progress,aiming at promoting children’s own development and progress;evaluation methods include diagnostic evaluation,formative evaluation and summative evaluation;evaluation methods include observation method,survey method,measurement method,three evaluation information collection methods,classroom feedback and after-school feedback methods,including 13 operational evaluation methods.Method.7.The teaching system of children’s happy gymnastics is feasible and operable,which can meet the needs of developing children’s lifelong sports consciousness and ability.Through experiments and tests,it can be concluded that the teaching practice of fast gymnastics for children aged 5-6 can obviously promote the explosive strength of lower limbs,the strength of upper limbs,waist and abdomen muscles,the strength of lower limbs,the flexibility,coordination,sensitivity and balance of trunk and lower limbs,as well as the basic sports skills of children aged5-6,such as running,jumping and skiing.As the practical development and academic research of happy gymnastics have just started,the practical and theoretical resources are limited,and limited by time and conditions,this study only constructs the teaching system of children’s happy Gymnastics from five elements,andempirical research is also insufficient.It is suggested that based on campus,we should carry out teaching empirical research covering more teaching elements and more age stages,and build a more effective teaching system.We should improve,scientifically and effectively the teaching system of happy gymnastics.
