Autism spectrum disorders(ASD),as a kind of essence of brain developmental disorders are classified in the categories for the disabled,the clinical manifestations of the disorder of social intercourse,centralized communication disorders and narrow interest and stereotyped behavior,etc.Due to the particularity of its population and its current education curriculum,they are more likely to have health problems.In this paper,through research and analysis the current physical activity of ASD and related fitness index,for autistic students through physical activity to improve body function,provides the theoretical basis to improve the quality of life.Based on 7 to 15 years old autistic students physical activity and related fitness index as the research object,through literature method and test method based on 7 to 15 years old ASD children where from Beijing city wear ActiGraph GTX3 + type accelerometer records seven days a week and physical activity and test to collect the related fitness indicators,to analyze their physical activity and fitness index,and comparing with ordinary students,and correlation comparison trying to find out the physical activity's relationship with the fitness index.Research conclusion:1.Beijing 6 society-adaptation schools and training institutions to 7 to 15 years old autistic students' high intensity physical activity time to an average of 34.91 ± 23.65 min/d,boys on average is 34.86 ± 21.78 min/d,girls on average is 35.03 ± 27.94 min/d,only 10%of the research object is able to meet a day on average 60 min of high intensity physical activity is recommended.Girls with autism are more active than autistic boys.With the increase of age,students with autism have more sedentary activities,less physical activity and less physical activity,but there is no significant difference compared with the normal students.Obesity group of autistic students sitting time and light physical activity time compared with other students on the autism spectrum shape group is one of the longest,ordinary students of middle and high strength physical activity time less than students with autism,normal sized autistic students sit time is far lower than the ordinary students.Students with severe autism sat for the longest time,while severely autistic students sat for the shortest time and had the longest duration of physical activity.2.Autistic students' height,weight,waist circumference,hip circumference are rising along with the age increased,including 10-15 years old autistic girl's height,weight,waist circumference,hip circumference than male students is growing rapidly;Boys are growing faster than girls at ages 9 to 13.The students with low age of autism were too young,and there were more cases of obesity among students of high age.Compared with ordinary students,the height and development of autistic students were not significantly different from that of ordinary students.The waist circumference of students with autism at age 11 and 14 was significantly higher than that of their peers at the age of 14.The lung capacity of students with autism,lmin volume,and sitting stations increased with age.3.The height,weight,BMI,waist circumference and hip circumference of autistic students were correlated with the low degree of sitting time.Waist circumference and light physical activity time showed a weak correlation;There was a slight negative correlation between the sitting experiment and light physical activity time.
