The birth of MOOC has once again brought distance education into people's perspective. This kind of short and simplified micro-class learning course completely subverts the traditional network education mode, arousing the common concern of scholars and entrepreneurs. The rapid development of the mobile Internet has shifted most of the MOOC learning platform from the traditional PC end to the current mobile end. This change not only enhances the mobility of MOOC learning, but also enables learners to learn anytime, anywhere. On the other hand, due to a series of factors such as the screen size and the way of interaction, the user experience of the mobile MOOC learning APP is reduced,so that many users can not insist on insisting on such platforms. The purpose of this study is to study the availability of mobile MOOC learning APP,which is common in the market, from the perspective of user experience, and to find out its existing problems,so as to provide a scientific reference for improving and optimizing such software. It also provides a research idea for the usability of such software. In this study, using eye tracking technology and behavioral experimental research methods, from an objective point of view, studied the MOOC and the school online, the two mobile MOOC learning APP availability. In the meantime, the questionnaire was used in this study to assess subjectively the level of usability and user satisfaction of both softwares. There are three experiments in this study:The first experiment uses questionnaire to understand the user's use and background of mobile MOOC learning APP,which provides a reference for determining the typical operation task of experiment in experiment two.The second experiment used a performance analysis system and a mobile MOOC learning APP usability measurement questionnaire to measure the availability of both software subjectively and objectively. The third experiment uses eye tracking technology to objectively evaluate the interface availability of the two softwares.Through the analysis of the questionnaire results of the availability of the two softwares,we found that the average scores of MOOCs from Chinese universities were higher than those from online schools.Through the independent sample t-test,it was found that there was no significant difference between the pre-test questionnaires on online evaluation of Chinese universities and schools. The post-test questionnaires were significantly different between the two softwares. After the typical tasks were operated, the scores of the two softwares decreased.Through the independent sample T-test,the difference between before and after evaluation of online test was obvious, but the difference of Chinese MOOC was not significant.Through the analysis of the typical task operation results,it is found that the MOOC task accuracy rate of Chinese universities is higher than that of the online task of the school.MOOC of China University has less task operation time than the online school and has a short operation path.Eye movement results show that the Chinese University of MOOC interface layout appears to be more reasonable than the school layout, the entrance of each major function is also more obvious, easy to be found by the user. From the experimental results,it can be seen that the availability of MOOC in China is higher than the online level of the school.Chinese University MOOC interface design is also better than the school online interface design. This study uses a variety of research methods to study the availability of mobile MOOC learning APP,from a theoretical point of view, opens up the availability of such software research methods, enriching the research ideas, improve the research system. From a practical point of view, this study found the availability of the two softwares,as well as the availability issues, and made some suggestions on how to improve the usability of such software.
