Adventure education,is a kind of origin in foreign countries,refers to the cooperation,interaction,interesting atmosphere,with independent participation,experience based education new idea mode and method.From the perspective of domestic research in recent years,adventure education from Hongkong into the mainland,has been effectively applied in adolescent social work practice,social worker training and other social work field,even as an effective tool for teaching students extensive application in school.As can be seen,whether in theory or practice,there is a close relationship between adventure education and social work.However,the investigation and research of the influence of the adventure education on the professional ability of social workers is not much.Therefore,Hongkong social work and adventure education development based on the advantages and the author's practice experience,social work students' taking the Z agency to accept adventure education as the object of study,using interviews,literature analysis,participant observation and other research methods,survey from the impact of adventure education on the ability of students majoring in social work.First of all investigated students as the research object,the students due to objective factors of the limitation of traditional education methods and related social and environmental problems,shallow and weak practice method and skill of single master professional theoretical knowledge,thus to carry out analysis of adventure education on students has its necessity and feasibility.On the basis of investigation and analysis,focusing on the students in the Z Club of adventure education participatory observation and interview investigation,understanding of adventure education process Z agency to carry out the research object:Z agency for social workers to victory wall adventure activities,including warm-up and ice,team building,leadership and interpretation adventure education and crisis management operation;finally,according to the interview practice research object after the investigation before they were in the practice of adventure education,summed up such as service object relationships,carrying out group activities and practice skills directly influence,also has an indirect effect on values etc.the.In this paper,through the study of the social workers in the community of Z,this paper summarizes the positive influence on the improvement of the practice skills of the research subjects.Of course,in the assessment process also found counseling and investigation itself exists some problems.This article hopes to reveal the adventure education effectiveness and deficiencies to improve the professional competence of students of social work,provide the experience for future research,such as the proposed adventure education applied to social work practice education curriculum,training conditions of professional school construction and other aspects of the proposal.At the same time is also to enhance the professional ability of social work professionals,and promote the development of social work practice education.
