Adventure Counsels Research On The Problem Of Improving Employees' Ability To Withstand Stress

With the development of social work specialty in recent years,adventure counseling,as a professional clinical intervention method of social work,has been favored by social work practitioners and increasingly used in social work service projects.Adventure counselling is a based on "experiential learning" mode of services,advocacy groups,in the form of game experience,the service object out of the "comfort zone",enter the "challenge" area,by the professionals using techniques such as lead,explanation,sharing,lead the service object through group cooperation adventure "game",gain experience and peak experience,so as to stimulate their ability of self-reflection and get new growth experience,and ultimately applied to life.Compared to the general case of social work,group work method,adventure tutoring experience and unique group,constructive way of working can provide general guidance or other intervention methods can reach the effect of "dynamic",to be able to make rapid changes in the process of experience cognition,the service object in the face of difficulties,handling damage and strength under pressure.Of this study is to apply adventure counselling to the union of social work service worker compressive capacity of ascension in the practical research,in the adventure counseling theory basis and practical application on the basis of combing inductive L area of human social security bureau of Beijing worker stress relief service project as an example,through the introduction to the process of the project service in 5 times and intervention effect assessment,intervention study adventure guidance model improve worker compressive capacity services and intervention,the feasibility of the project at the same time for social work practitioners use adventure tutoring model to provide the reference.
